Evidently Mindy Cohn stopped following Lisa W... When the article came out and people noticed she wasn't following Lisa, Mindy suddenly started following her again. Idk. She said to look at her IG and see who isn't in her posts. I don't think it's Nancy. She was very serious about her career back in the day, but she's retired now so I don't think she's intense about it anymore. She hasn't been trying to get jobs. I can see her being up for a reunion at this point now that she isn't doing anything else and isn't shunning FoL the way she used to (which I never blamed her for in the past because she was a serious actor at the time and probably did not want to be always known for a job she did as a kid). Just my two cents, but it's hard to say because Nancy is shy and very private. I know Kim is still actively working so I could see her wanting more money and all that, but I just don't know enough about her in particular. I just know Mindy stopped following Lisa until people started to notice.

Oooh yeah actually this makes a LOT of sense! And if Mindy unfollowed Lisa for a while that pretty much proves it. Also I can kind of see why Lisa would be the one to try and get a solo series since she's still trying to work in the entertainment industry after being out of it for like twenty years. (Also as much as this was a SHITTY thing to do there is some logic in Lisa trying to get her own spinoff since the OG series ended with a backdoor pilot for her own series).

I'm actually kind of relieved to find out it was Lisa instead of Nancy bc I always liked Nancy better even if she did skip the reunions 😭

Disclaimer: I'm asking about an old relationship from the late 2000s

In your opinion if a celebrity is put in a relationship and then married off really quickly around the same time it was announced that they're going to get their own spin-off show would it be to cover something up?

Here's the timeline of the relationship I'm talking about

The public started getting news of a possible spin-off in late February

The future star was rumored to have been maybe dating a star on the same network in mid-march

Judging by the dates of old articles I found thanks to sluething they filmed the pilot for the spin-off which was a back door pilot and like mid April then later in April the star of the pilot went public with a different guy

By early May it was announced that the back door pilot was going to work and it was going to go to series (a few days after the said backdoor pilot was aired) and consequently it was also announced that the star was now engaged to the man she was seen with in late April

Not sure that this point deserves its own point but once they went public their relationship was backdated to February

I could be wrong about this but I think since the show was a mid-season replacement they probably started filming the first few episodes in summer that year and the actual show itself would premiere in late September that year

Flash forward to early September and this actress was already married to the man that she had just went public with in a relationship not even a full 5 months after the fact.

Fast forward 15 months the show had premiered and it was probably in the middle of filming its first season and it was announced in December that the star was getting a divorce.

i can’t comment on a relationship if you don’t tell me who the people in it are 😭

YESSSS!!!!! Tvd should’ve ended in season 6. And the last few episodes of the series should’ve been the backdoor pilot to the Bonkai Diaries. And the spin off should be in the hands of people who appreciate Bonnie and Kai not only as a ship but as individual characters.

1. red dress. oh how i wish we could have seen more of you. that hairdo was lena’s cry for a side shave.

dark blue outfit with bottom half of undetermined form. that neckline. that colour. please.

light blue dress. so, the promo colour corrected and it looked like it was the same colour as last week’s green dress, and i’m lowkey mad i can’t make the marge simpson and the chanel suit joke.

and then lena left the DEO and changed into the white and orange dress of NOPE.

lena literally changed dresses in the middle of a single day, because she went to the jack donaghy school of how not to be a farmer

speaking of outfits, lockwood’s suit looks too much like captain america’s and it pisses me off every time i see it.

i want more of this, because kara’s role at the DEO is so undefined. alex literally called her an employee, the president presumed to suggest he could ground supergirl from “leaving” the DEO....

WTF DOES THAT EVEN MEAN??????? is kara free to come and go, and it’s just appearances as supergirl? either the DEO employs supergirl as kara, in which case it’s weird that they talk about her as if supergirl is some stand alone entity, or she works for them as supergirl, which... ????? in some respects, the way marvel handles secret identities is far more preferable to this.

Ah it's an explosion apparently and 2 episodes that launches the spinoff I'd say that potentially could be episodes 14/15 as 15 had the bomb squad or even 16 as it was filmed so quickly. It's all fbi so I can see lucy eventually joining the fbi tbh

You think they already filmed the 2-part backdoor pilot? I thought it would be around episodes 4x17/4x18?

You know what's weird? I had many crazy theories in the past lol and one of them was actually Lucy leaving the LAPD in The Rookie serie finale to join the FBI in Quantico and Tim following her because he loves her and realized he just can't live without her 😭 That would be a nice contrast/parallel to when Tim refused to follow Rachel to NY because deep down he knew she wasn't the one.

Actually, it's the first time in weeks that i'm starting to feel optimistic again lol.

It's really interesting that both Chris and Ashley are back in 421. Something will definitely happen in 418 (Nyla's party) but they won't be able to talk about/deal with it until 421 (essentially because 419 and 420 are the backdoor pilot). But hopefully this means there'll be some angst in the meantime. I think we'll get at least one breakup (probably Tim/Ashley) but if we're lucky it will also be the last time we'll see Chris 🤡
