Okay, so if/when these two meet, they'd actually get along really well. He'd be mindful of how shy Hannah is and try to ease them out of their shell. Meanwhile, Hannah would admire him for seeming to have his life together. They have a lot in common personality-wise -- Introverted, quiet, non-hemoist and mutant favorable, distaste for violence, mellow -- so they would totally have casual hangouts.

Things would hit a snag once Hannah tells him about their cursed bloodline and asks if he submitted his pails already (Which he has). Ruvlin is a stubborn skeptic when it comes to the supernatural and wouldn't take Hannah seriously, which would deeply hurt their feelings and they would likely avoid him after that until/unless he apologized. Though they might hold a bit of a grudge over it.

tl;dr: They would initially get along wonderfully, but as soon as the curse on their bloodline is brought up, they would no longer get along. They'd make up, though.
