I think I'd like to be a girl again. in small ways. and only sometimes
#debating if i should go back to my gender fluid label or if i should just leave it as it is#unexplainable and uncertain#can't describe it but in terms like this#i like to be a girl sometimes#to certain people#to those who care about the nuance of my identity#who know that only parts of me are a girl and sometimes they're not#i think I'd like to describe it as my gender being made up of color changing patchwork#and that the biggest pieces of patch work are most certainly gender neutral on any given day#but that sometimes the smaller bits of patches are girl and sometimes theyre boy#but overall that patchwork is understood to be masculine in nature#that's barely even a good description#ugh#sometimes i just want to be a girl. but not in the ways that girls usually are#in my own special way#a special kinda of girl#a me girl#a type of girl that can't be described in normal ways or with typical words#a girl that plays around and pushes the meaning of what a girl is#just like how i do when i am a boy#I'm never a boy in a traditional sense#I'm a boy that is special to me#a boy that is different#maybe not entirely a boy#but a boy made out of a little bit of everything#and also a girl made out of a little bit of everything#and a something made out of a little bit of everything#gender stuff
