my cat autism is uncontainable today apparently
#no joke#cats have been a hyperfixation since I was little. know way tf too much random information about random-ass breeds and just general shit#like I will infodump about feline body language and facial expressions for no reason#fascinated by toxoplasma gondii and other cat parasites#like ear mites#which also affect dogs#or... like how a cats nose has a unique pattern like a fingerprint#or how dry food is the main cause of feline diabetes and kidney failure#and subsequently the main cause of premature death for fully indoor cats#or how water fountains are the most effective form of secondary hydration because cats do not trust still water#and also how adorable amd perfect all cats (but especially My Boys) are#I just really love cats#idk if anyone thinks they're a boring favorit animal. I still also love bats and corvids and spiders and mantids an awful lot. and sables.#and this extends to most wild cat species but I do prefer the felis genus for the most part. like ocelots and african blackfoot cats#or fisher cats and pallas cats and servals and caracals lynxes and technically also cheetas#canadian lynxes are a fav of mine alongside pallas cats
