#its been forever!!#finished my internship so i can finally go back to my gym routine. did legs and core on friday. happy 2 see i can still hold a minute plank#and squat 15 kg but slower and 10 reps instead of 8. its not too bad tbh#only downside is my legs have been hurting like a bitch for the past 2 days. i guess some stretching will make that go away?#i need to prepare for intern apps for next year. ugh
