4. If you could put this character in any other media, be it a book, a movie, anything, what would you put them in?

For an actual answer...I've suddenly forgotten every media I've ever consumed, but I feel like he'd be a good member of the Baker Street irregulars (from the original Sherlock Holmes stories) if I'm remembering the function they served correctly--he has the acting abilities and social awareness to either get people to tell him things or eavesdrop in plain sight, depending on what the situation calls for.

For a non canon-era answer, it'd be cool to see him in a spy novel of some sort.

7. What's something the fandom does when it comes to this character that you like?

I appreciate when people talk about Crutchie being a bit (a lot) of a menace with his slingshot, loud whistling, etc., and also I really enjoy the headcanon that he knows every resident of the lodging house's business. Let him take up space!
