I've been having a lot of UUUUH WHY AM I BEHIND OTHER PEOPLE MY AGE feelings atm but that's also made me confront how abusive my dad actually is so idk. I'm not mad at myself for it

#pan.txt #i'm seeing a lot of content from therapists on YT explaining how parents being unable to regulate their emotions #and specifically not apologising and explaing they're not annoyed at their kids #can absolutely count as abuse #you guys have NO idea how validating that is #my dad has verbally abused me since i was tiny #and like. he does NOT do it to my brother #he's unkind to me specifically and i'm having to stonewall him rn bc i can't be arsed with him
