#i forgot how RUDE people feel free to be online in settings like that#and also how often americans forget the world doesn’t revolve around them lmao#literally just read through a debate that started with someone saying they wouldn’t charge for sauce if they owned a bakery#and someone was like ‘why tf would you need sauce at a bakery?’#and an aussie replied explaining that bakeries in australia do things like meat pies and sausage rolls and we typically have yhem with sauce#and the american came back with ‘bakeries are for sweets though’#and a uk person chimed in with ‘bakeried in the UK have sweet and savoury items too and often sandwiches’#and the american came back saying ‘sandwiches are sold in deli shops not bakeries’#AND I’M JUST LIKE … HOW ARE YOU NOT UNDERSTANDING THIS#AN AUSTRALIAN AND A BRIT HAVE BOTH EXPLAINED THAT IT IS DIFFERENT IN OUR COUNTRIES#IT’S ALLOWED TO BE DIFFERENT#sweet jesus i should stay off it
