ok sardines are so good actually. i've been sardinespilled now, they're so savory and filling with such lower risks/amounts of mercury*... so far I just had them plain and with croissants but I want to try stuff like sardines pasta, sardines & olive toast/sandwich, sardines with lemon, sardines over rice in a beef bowl-style
#also my taste palette is not super refined so i had titus brand w soybean oil (reddit told me that was cheapo low qual)#and some king oscar extra virgin olive oil (supposedly high qual) and i couldn't taste the difference... oops#buuut im going to use the oil tmrw to make eggplant pizza i hope it goes well!#*compared to bigger fishes like tuna and salmon#.txt
