Okay but thanks to @feastingonfanfiction I can't stop thinking about Alice being Alice around a very confused, very unstable MC like-

MC: *on the verge of a mental breakdown cause wtf has her life become*

Alice: *takes a gentle but firm hold of her upper arms*

Alice: "Hey hey hey, calm down sweetie. Calm. Everything's gonna be just fine. You'll see!"

MC: *actually starts calming a bit*

Alice: "There you go! See? Nothing to worry about, right?"

MC: *hesitant nodding as her breathing slowly returns to normal*
