#anyway it’s almost 4am i think i’m funny and that’s what matters in the end#i did really love these books#enid blyton my childhood#and seriously children won’t notice anything weird about the names dick and fanny!!#i remember a character being called fanny in the famous five i can’t remember who#and i thought nothing of it at the time#also dick and fanny already meant penis and vagina when she wrote the books#girly knew#let the parents have a little chuckle if they’re so inclined#it’s no different to disneys hidden jokes#enid blyton
