Hilariously no! Despite the art I just recently drew of him. Which is why he looks so frazzled in it. He's a bit too concerned with doing good that I think even if he slips up, the amount of good standing he has is enough to get him off the hook. Kind of like the "I'm the thane" dialogue option except for him it's the guard being like "well you did just kind of save us from that dragon, so, we'll let this go"

He's not really a thieving type or a murderer, I think the most he'd get in trouble for is disturbing the peace with his shouting.
