does the average sonic fan know that pre reboot archie sonic said mighty and ray are brothers because i think about it all the time
#and i know archie sonic isnt canon to the games but i like this detail and theres not anything in the games that contradicts it#so i have accepted it into my belief system for every continuity theyre in#they didnt just imply they have a brotherly relationship btw theyre like straight up adopted brothers and they say it multiple times#they had a whole story about mighty wanting to find his biological sister#and ray worrying that mighty wont need him anymore once he gets his ''real'' sibling back#but then at the end mighty obviously still wants him around and doenst see him as lesser than his biological sibling#so ray gets to keep his brother AND get a new sister#and its soo cute. i think about it a lot
