genuinely love how im writing a short piece on dependencies of my house for extra credit, and while gathering information i've learned how non-compliant my house and neighborhood is asdlkfhsglskdj
#it's sooo janky lmao#the biggest clown moment has got to be that the building contractor started placing the townhomes 30ft from each other#and quickly ran out of space so only 4 townhomes (including mine) have 30ft clearance while the other 30 have 10ft between each#also all the roads inside are too narrow to be code-compliant#and so much more#but hey at least we get to live there#something cool i did learn was that thru the land trust we can keep the house for as long as we want#like an inheritance#that's wild#is this building generational wealth? (adjacent since we can't actually make a profit off the house haha)
