Gonna walk into my appointment tomorrow and ask my therapist if she has any ideas as to why lately I only have good dreams when I make myself stay up way past the point of exhaustion compared to the violent nightmares I have when I go to bed at a "reasonable" time.

#seriously though #last night i dreamt of swimming with jelly fish #and petting a skunk that had it's light colored fur dyed the bisexual colors #violence tw #if you choose to read further #last week i had a dream about a zombie apocalypse #and a family having made it to the safe haven minus one dad and with a bitten baby #as a mercy the baby had his head smashed in before being tossed into a giant human blender #where all zombie infected people were thrown #i couldn't sleep after that #my brain hid no detail from me #very graphic in all ways #that's how different these dreams can be #the first one with the animals being forced exhaustion #the zombie BS being what happens when I'm trying to take care of myself #i can't keep doing this #lack of sleep is making my anxiety way worse
