fIRST AND FOREMOST, they would not do his autism correctly. hell, they wouldn't even have it. it'd just be a part of him that would just be ignored

the fact of him being a bi boi would be ignored. like the men he had been with before he joined the night's watch wouldn't exist. they just might have them as "good friends" before those men would die because "bury your gays" amiright, d&d?

he also wouldn't get the endgame that we've come to love, clary. he'd just end up at the wall, alone and miserable until he died.

his friendship with elia when they were betrothed would either be a full on true romance or a relationship where daeron just wouldn't like her at all. they wouldn't show that even though he didn't like her in a romantic way, he really did care for her and treated her with all the respect.

to add onto the fact of him treating elia with the respect she truly deserves, they probably wouldn't show the fact of while they talk sometimes, he'd be pushing her wheelchair i'm going with the headcanon that elia used a wheelchair at times when they went on walks together

just so much would be wrong when it came to daeron and elia that i'm not even gonna continue or we're gonna be here all day

the conflict of him not wanting the throne yet also being fucking terrified of his father so he continued to stay crown prince despite never ever wanting to become king

and finally, his internal t r u a m a of literally losing so many fucking people in his life that he loved alongside the trauma from his father since y'know d&d didn't like to show people internally struggling with their issues.

first off, they wouldn't have my tall queen be the true wonderful height she is. this one is more of a joke since i know neither adelaine kane or keira knightley are even close to the glory that is 6'4" maecy

they'd just do something wrong when it comes to maecy and lyanna's friendship. idek what but they'd do something wrong

also the small cute romance between maecy and brandon probably wouldn't be a thing. it deserves to be, but i doubt

oh and the fact of russal being the respectful boi he is and actually building a real friendship with maecy before their romance would be nothing. they'd have instant romance despite maecy not even wanting to be in the marriage at the start.

like the fact of her actually liking brandon would just disappear once she got betrothed and married to russal

events that happens before russal leaves for robert's rebellion would either be thrown way out of proportion or be miniscule. no in between.

the events that happen when maecy disappears after russal dies just wouldn't be done right... they wouldn't.

and finally, they'd do jaime and maecy's relationship just so wrong at the start. probably like jaime and cersei doing the segg front of their son's dead body wrong i'm pretty sure that actually happened in the books but they still did it so wrong in the show
