#okay ach no is literally just a thing that scottish people say and I would never have an outward reaction to that bc that's very rude#but like just started work at my museum job in Scotland#and so far two people have responded to my 'do you want an audioguide' question with 'ach no#and outwardly I was so normal but inwardly all I could think was that lotr post about gimli and legolas#where it's like gimli why are you with such a butt ugly elf and he's like 'ach no... I love him' doing great. thriving.
