it will never cease to agitate me how something so simple is something which is simultaneously so complex & overall confusing if you don’t have a reliable source for it. saying this because once i inevitably get my drivers license i will be more than happy to drive people places, even if said people are those i don’t know of well and even if its late. not because i believe they owe me anything, nor is it an action out of ‘the kindness of my heart’ but genuinely just because its something they deserve & everyone deserves on the most basic level, easy access to places they need to get to, and the fact some people have to go through loopholes & loopholes just to exist in a certain places is incredibly infuriating.

#i could go on and on about this. seriously #in all sincerity even if said person i was driving hated my guts i’d be okay with it as long as they weren’t trying to wreck my car yknow #even if they dislike me & hate me or want me gone or something they still deserve a ride cause its like. its a RIDE dude.#you need to be able to commute to like get your groceries or some shit and not have to take a bus thats super expensive all the time #even if you dislike my existence or personality or like. genuinely whatever im not gonna be petty #and once again this isnt a weird like ‘augh im better im a kind person’ shtick. im dumb sometimes & incredibly bad at social cues #& other things im sure; im not a god or saint or whatever just cause i can drive & you cant. you just need a ride dude #and once again im more than happy to oblige because id much rather you get to the place you need to be safe & sound even if you hate my guts #than for you to take some unstable like shitty ride and feel unsafe. thats never what i want for anyone ever; genuinely ever #okay tangent over #cybers tangents
