Does werewolf Clarke refuse to admit that she loves ear scratches and belly rubs from Lexa since she's just a giant puppy on the inside?

I wouldn't say she refuses to admit it, but it takes take her a while to fully accept that she really does enjoy them. And Lexa was never fully allowed to show affection either, so it's new for them both. I think it'd be less about Clarke admiting it and more about her thinking she's undeserving of it. Clarke has killed a lot of people in her werewolf craze, and the only reason she hasn't run away from Lexa is because they are mates, and Clarke wouldn't survive being away from her. So, accepting that affection takes a bit out of her.

But it very quickly becomes obvious that Clarke likes those. Either in werewolf form or human form, she really is just a giant puppy. Clarke loves looking up at starts with her head on Lexa's lap and Lexa loves how freaking cute she looks smiling when Lexa scratches her hear, and in her werewolf form, you have this massive wolf woman looking all ☺️☺️☺️ as her small himan gf scratches her hear hdjdjdkdkf (tail wagging too, just a happy pup!!). Also laying with her head in Lexa's chest while Lexa's finger scratch her scalp and ears??? She loves it! (Lexa's boob in her mouth sometimes, its comforting for her)

And even as a human, Clarke's stomach is soft and has a little fuzz over it, so Lexa really likes to pet and rub her stomach while they are cuddling. Lexa did it very absent-minded, but when she noticed it made Clarke relax and sigh happily, she started doing it more and nozzling her head in Clarke's neck too, and Clarke would immediately pull her closer 🥰
