So I absolutely devoured Clarence's Deimortem Era route...[spoilers below the cut] And I am once again beyond pleased, floored, and shaking with anger (positive, even if I am wiping tears away) at how far in advance they foreshadow so many little things...

I was not expecting City at War of all things to be main story plot relevant, but here we are. Obviously, taken to a much worse extreme and I am sure that by the end of this Era the whole of that event story will be even worse (better) in hindsight.

I am also taking deep breaths because it hard to be a Cael and Clarence fan at the same time sometimes...especially when things like [gestures at this entire route and Godheim] happen. But mainly I am torn between morbid humor and genuine horror that Awakening would be so relevant so quickly. 😂 Cael's "possible future psychological torture with 🍿" date night really did have direct inspiration...haha...

And have a highlight reel of moments that crushed me emotionally and are the reasons why I am going to need at least one full business day before I tackle Ayn. [Not included, me having a fantastic time witnessing the Modern! Clarence and Little Painter dynamic in the Deimortem Era hellscape -- koala carry, assassin jokes, and meddling older sisters save me 😌💜😭]
