OKAY SO SOME THINGS TO NOTE BEFORE WE BEGIN: crush boy plays in multiple hockey leagues at our rink, and he has also hurt his knee. He also wants to do something nice for our friends who host our game nights on Friday nights

OKAY HERE WE GO so on Friday, he texted me about dinner right and he told me he’d let me know when he got his team for one of the other leagues (we call it c league) so then he’d know what nights he was free for dinner. So yesterday, we went to lunch after our hockey thing in the morning, and he and my friend we went to Dallas with started roasting me about how I think minty toothpaste is spicy (it burns my mouth 😂), which is normal, he loves teasing me and I love it too.

Last night I was chilling waiting for my DoorDash and I got a text from him out of the blue that said “Do you like any kind of Asian food?” I responded and asked “is this about the spicy thing” and he said “no I’m just curious” 🤔 so I said yes I love Asian food I’m actually waiting for my Asian food doordash (I got pad Thai it was delish) and man said “oh excellent good to know for the future” 🤔🤔 I told him I get it mild spicy and he said “you’re picky but you have no structure” and then immediately after, he said “it’s completely random so I have no idea” and not thinking anything of it I said “I wish I had a rhyme or reason to it but I got nothing” (my palate is weird because I have adhd and textures are a big thing anyway) and he read that message and left it. no big deal, that was the end of the conversation.

So today, he was grumpy and stressed at hockey. he has two tests tomorrow (which is why we didn’t have dinner this weekend) and he’s getting an mri in the morning to find out what’s up with his knee injury he has, so he was out pretty fast tonight, cause usually we all stay and hang out. So he grabbed me and our other hockey friend that plays games with us on Fridays and he was like “I wanna do something nice for them” and we talked about it a little bit and then I said I’d look for some cute stuff on Etsy and he went to grab his stuff to he could leave.

So as he was leaving, I said, “hey, don’t forget to text me when you get your c league team” and he said “oh I can’t play in c league for six weeks” and I said “okay but I’m still making you dinner” and THIS MAN SAID “I had actually an idea about that Friday or Saturday” and I was like “oh for our friends?” Because I thought he was still talking about our friends’ gift.

AND HE SAID. “NO, ABOUT DINNER.” HE HAD AN IDEA ABOUT OUR DINNER. So I said “no, crush boy, I’m making you dinner. I’m making you homemade dinner.” AND HE SAID “WE’LL SEE.” AND I SAID “CRUSH BOY IM MAKING YOU DINNER” AND HE SAID “WE’LL SEE” AGAIN. AND THEN HE LEFT SO I WISHED HIM LUCK ON HIS TESTS TOMORROW AND THAT WAS IT.

BESTIE. WHAT RHE FUCK IS THIS. MY SISTER AND ALL HER FRIENDS SAID HE THINKS ITS A DATE TOO AND MY BEST FRIEND SAID IT SOUNDS LIKE HES PLANNING A SURPRISE FOR ME. SO IM LIKE, FREAKING YHE FUCK OUT RIGHT NOW BECAUSE THATS ALSO WHERE MY BRAIN WENT, THAT HE COULD POSSIBLY LIKE ME BACK AND IF HE DID HOLY FUCK I HONESTLY NEVER THOUGHT IT WOULD BE A POSSIBILITY EVEN THOUGH I DREAM OF IT LITERALLT DREAM ABOUT BEING WITH HIM.

WHAT DO YOU THINK THIS MEANS??? PLEASE TELL ME HONESTLH IM SO CONFUSED AND PANICKED IN A GOOD WAY LIKE IM FREAKING OUT but I’m also scared to get my hopes up and him not actually be doing anything or like me BUT IM IN CRAZY MODE RIGHT NOW -🐻
