I'm actually still in shock my partner and I saw Laura Jane Grace last night for the second time and after the show she came to the merch booth to hang out with everyone and she talked to my partner immediately and just gushed over their battle jacket (which they were feeling very self conscious about earlier and regretting that they didn't wear a different one) and my partner was just smiling in total shock all the way home

#GOOD SHIT GOOD SHIT!!#it was a really good show. small venue filled with other trans people #and my partner did get a picture with ljg lol #sometimes you meet your idols and everything goes perfectly well!!!#my partner was feeling SO shitty about their jacket before. it was the first one they ever made #and it's a little bigger on them than their others. they've made.... 5?#anyway the fact that ljg came right up to my partner and told them how much she loved their jacket..!!!#i love ljg too of COURSE but i know how much she means to my partner #seeing them just beaming and hearing them sing makes my fucking heart burst #also they decided to start E again on their own because of last night's show. stuff is good.
