i actually don’t think anyone under 21 should be getting tattoos. i’m fortunate that i still love the tattoo i got at 20, but ages 18-21 my tastes changed drastically. i’m so glad i didn’t get the tattoos i had in mind at 18 and 19. and yet im seeing 18 year olds get like full back tattoos or sleeves! and most are so ugly cause they go to the first shop they see and don’t research artists!!
