In Muenos’ human form, are the markings on his arms scars, some form of hypopigmentation, or something else? :0

Those are scars! Muenos was adopted and ended up in a home pretty quick, but they treated him terribly and essentially used him for fame as a pretty, frilly contest kid. His scars mark the times he- for lack of better term- "messed up." He prefers long sleeves, since he was taught to hide it. He does have some skin discolouration from burns that didn't heal properly. It's most visible on his arms but extends to the rest of his body, too, especially his back. They mostly avoided the face and legs, so he could keep performing.

HOWEVER this is also my chance to say that things get phenominally better for Muenos. He managed to run away from that family and get adopted in by someone who genuinely cares and helped him get away from them. Hell, you may recall him having long hair on bows before. He chopping off his own hair, which was- in and of itself- a direct rebellion against his shitty parents and what they wanted him to be.

The scars and learned shame remain, but the initial pain is overcome.
