so it turns out that when God says He's renewing me day by day that includes my emotions, not just my intellect and will/volition
#revolutionary realization of the day#(lol)#im historically deeply deeply suspicious of my emotiknal experiences#(anxiety will do that to ya)#whoch jas made falling in love....difficult.#i feel like my emotions are a runaway horse and i am brutally yanking on the reins trying to control it#this has not been helpful#and has lead to several months of feeling sorta pulled in opposite directions/torn in half#anyway i can actually feel my feelings! and accept them! and even (gasp) enjoy them!#because guess what! satan didnt make emotions! God did!#and moreover all the ways sun has corrupted them God is renewing and repairing in me!#so there!
