every time I remember there are ppl that think mondo killed chihiro “cuz she’s trans” I die a little inside
#mondo killed Chihiro because mondo was jealous that chihiro is so strong but thinks they’re weak#while mondo sees himself as weak but tries to seem strong#mondo has spent his whole life believing he has to be loud and angry and strong because he’s a man#but he is not always strong or brave#but he sees chihiro has suffered bullying and gender identity issues and came to talk to mondo and is brave#and doesn’t even realize#and mondo sees this and hasn’t been able to express emotions other than anger so he freaks out and commits murder in a rage#not rage at chihiro. rage at himself for not being “a real man” while chihiro is but thinks they aren’t!!!!!#you know? you know?#mondo didn’t kill chihiro cuz chihiro is trans. he killed Chihiro because Chihiro#is stronger than mondo could believe he himself could ever be and he hated himself for that
