hey guys ! some of you know this, but i am a cinematography student. each year, our class has to produce, shoot and finance a short film by ourselves. everyone has to pitch in, so, because of this, i will be officially opening commissions to everybody, not just mutuals.

on a pwyw basis, however a mobile pack (icon border + pinned banner + ask banner) goes for a minimum of 20 euros.

i do not use photoshop, but clip studio paint. however rest assured that all icon border files will be sent as a photoshop file.

🌸｡*ﾟ+. A LOT more graphics and fancy stuff floating around. Before it was more common for people to have just. Plain icons, no borders or anything-- no fancy filters, no answered ask banners, etc etc... But now it's like... almost a weird requirement as an RP blog that you must have some sort of graphics. Mobile banner and promo at the bare minimal. Answered Ask banners were born from when tumblr asks were broke, so we came up with a creative way to post asks again. But then they stayed after it was all fixed.

Which is perfectly fine! I'm just getting at... before it was more common to see the every day RP blog with bare bones plain stuff. Now, you would rarely find an RP blog without some sort of personalized banner for their mobile theme, or people don't take them seriously as an RP blog. And I don't mean like... just any graphic. I mean personalized, as in... it has their URL, their muse, and some sort of aesthetic to it.

So yeah, that's at least what I've observed!

hello everyone! we're soon reaching yet another milestone. ~ thank you for your continuous support and patronage! i never thought people would enjoy my creations this much, so it warms my heart to know that i'm on the right path! (˶ˆᗜˆ˵) thank you all so much!

i want to keep growing as a graphic designer and editor, and i have so many projects and ideas i want to share with you all! i plan on posting a lot more things on the upcoming months, but i want to hear what you guys would like to see the most here on this blog? so please consider voting on this poll if you can!

i have no idea if HTML themes are still appealing to people here on tumblr, and i had a lot of fun doing those in the past! so i'd love to try my hand at themes again if they're still a thing. ~

hey all, i hate having to make a post like this, but my partner and i are a little tight on money. we both work full time, but bills are crazy and seem to never stop. things have been tight for a little bit, but they're getting worse little by little.

because of this, i'm making myself available for quick turnaround commissions! i'll be quickest when it comes to icons (200 or so will take me maybe 2 or so hours at most, but that time doesn't include making / looking for screencaps and content to use). more than 200 icons will likely take me just a little longer than that, but i'm also available for graphics (promos, mobile banner, post dividers, answered/ooc/etc. banners), as well as theme bg's and coding; again, these will take longer based on what you're looking for/wanting. all prices are in USD, and i normally use pa.ypal but i also have casha.pp and ko.fi. quick turnaround for me will begin as soon as i message/respond to you once you make your request (be it over IM or in an ask, etc.). this applies to all of the items i make.

hi! sorry if this is a silly question, but i’m starting to make my own icon borders and i’ve noticed yours look so hd at a smaller size!! mine tends to become unreadable once i shrink it down. is there something you do to change that? and if so, could you please share? ^^

hiya anon! this is not a silly question at all, please don't worry about it. ~ always happy to help fellow creators!

i work with a fixed width size for my icon borders: 540px ! tumblr has a weird fixation with that width size; it'll preserve the image's resolution on your computer, tablet and phone. tumblr does not seem to restrict the height size a lot, though, but just to be safe, i generally set my icon borders' height to 100px. you'd have to use different sizes for other graphics, such as mobile banners, promo pictures, etc. make sure you're always saving your icon borders and graphics as PNGs, too! JPEGs, GIFs and other file options often lose quality when you upload them to websites.
