#jane journals#self insert talk#💛 love makes us human 💛#TALKING ABT IT WITH RUBY TOO AND#so far ive seen that when data gets into a 'role' for a certain holodeck time period he gets VERY into it ahfjgj#just kinda loses himself in the character that he plays#and maybe when we're enjoying some more 'ancient' culture together like watching Grease or smth#i mention how id love to have a nice little diner date too and drink milkshakes and dance by the jukebox 👉👈#and he remembers!! and we get the costumes and we get some free time#just GAAAAH DATA AS A GREASER AND ME AS A PREP IN THE CUTE POODLE SKIRT#and he did some more research and calls me things like 'doll' and i giggle and play along#plot twist in true star trek fashion things get a little TOO real#data gets wrapped up in a gang war and they kidnap me for leverage and he has to fight them 😳#little do they know hes an android and HES FUCKING STRONK
