a lot of times i end up being like “UGH, the Shippers” bc theres just that kind of Way about some ppl who are Waaaaaaaay too into shipping. and then im like. man. ive written 300+k words bc i like this one ship so much and any aus i plan for the future contains this ship and ive read many millions of words of fic for this ship

#speculation nation #like the ppl i see in the tags who make the ship their LIFE practically #EVERYTHING they do and care about is The Ship #maybe it's cause i'm a multishipper at heart & still do enjoy Other Things #but having singular dedication to the One Thing seems unrealistic to me #YES ive written excessively for this one thing. it's just bc i enjoy it #i can appreciate the other things too. and i do! i do.#and maybe someday i'll write that shukita fic i was thinking about when i started playing royal #b4 i met goro again and went thru his royal storyline and fell deep into the rabbit hole of akeshu #GOD sometimes it pisses me off to think about how much i used to hate this pairing #like i really did turn into the type of p5 fan i haaaaaaaated #the Akechi Apologism... & shipping them together even in universes where goro had tried 2 kill him #i had read like One fic & it was a time travel au where that Hadnt Happened so i was like.#'Maybe there's a chance for a Healthy Relationship here...'#the attempted murder rly was the kicker for me lmao #and now i know the nuance to the situation. i Understand it. and goro. much better.#it's still Very Bad don't get me wrong but there's a whole lot more going on #and i think the inherent drama & tragedy of being forced to kill the person you love is a very moving plot point #dont read too much into that my lovely readers. nothing could possibly go wrong in discacc re: that statement #dsklfjsldkfjsldfkjsd hahaha i should go to bed #that's a genuine amused hahaha i hope i make ppl very afraid about what's to come in discacc #rly tho it's late i should sleep. but im just on tumblr. wow
