A concept:

Pre-Empyrea. The Young Wizard searches for a Skyway captain at the behest of the Arcanum and they track down old Coleridge in Polaris.

Instead of directing them to James T. Pork, he informs them that if they want someone really up for the adventure, they need a particular young captain known for their wits, their skill, and most legendary, their defiance of the vast Valencian Armada.

They need the Young Pirate.
