#koa: listen my former husband might be a SODOMITE apparently #but all of these children are HIS #(which they are but you know not biologically) #i will not be entertaining any other options #tudors ot3 verse reference #actually that one is a fascinating au: koa finds out about the thomas/henry #or the whole triad #but she still absolutely believes all the kids are henry’s bio kids
Just now realized that Owen marries Juana’s (grand)daughter Sofia, which means one of Thomas’s biological children is married into Mary/KoA’s family. I think by the time Owen is old enough to be married, Mary doesn’t care anymore, but depending on where KoA is at, she might be angry enough to do something. Although her strained relationship with Juana might temper her anger. Maybe she’s convinced that Owen is one of Henry’s.
Honestly if KOA did know I think she’d just decide they were all Henry’s Actually because Stubborn (this is more on vibes and probably a bit silly but I can see her being like ‘I love all these children + they are So Royal = cannot actually be commoners biological child I do not see it I will not see it)*
(It’s funny because in universe I think KOA has mixed feelings - she’s happy that one of these children she loves is marrying someone from her birthplace and her family even! But she still has mixed feelings re Juana which does make her relationship with Sofia kind of interesting)
*Say this wasn’t the case I feel like…she still might not believe Juana’s line via her second husband is legitimate and therefore they cancel each other out re bastard status + owen being so far down the line of succession but also she might well feel the need to say something (Juana does not give a single solidarity fuck which may not help their relationship)
#ot3: political power trio#that is actually a hilarious thought#and makes me think of crackfic where koa refuses to believe#despite overwhelming evidence that some of the kids are Thomas’s
