Fandoms perceptions of n like treatment of fic writers is weird as fuck to me sometimes tho. Like idk how to articulate it but like sometimes fic writers do suck and write shit things like. We shouldnt be immune to ppls disdain or dislike entirely yknow

#im in class i cant articulate it but i think that fic does fucking duck sometimrs #like sometimes ppl write fucked up things. and yes u should jus like. not engage. but such writers still shouldnt be immune to #ppl thinking theyre weird as fuck #and like we can fuck up! lile we are jus a bunch of weirdos who write for fun ok #i constantly see where its like 'oh you cant criticise fic they are writing for fun u should be thankful' type shit #and to a degree i get it but jus cuz fic writing is a passion project doesnt mean it cant be abhorrent and hated
