#okay so my mental health is really bad right now#like really really really bad#the worst it can be lol#and my therapist is gone for a couple of weeks#she had my old therapist contact me so we could set something up when my main therapist is gone#but since everything has happened#like so much has happened and changed#im so hesitant to make an appointment with my old therapist#because one of the reasons i changed therapists is because i used to feel like i annoyed her so much#and like my stuff always seemed so overwhelming to her#shes the one who started suggesting I see someone else#so idk going to her now#when things are so so so bad#feels pretty strange#but i really dont know what else to do#but im also afraid she is going to have me commited if i talk to her lol#and like i cant risk leaving my cat archie right now#so i feel like i need to just keep it together until after he passes away#and then i can be honest about my feelings and and maybe be put in an institution lol
