could be a bit fun if part of chris's beef with max is that his little side feels his relationship with sandra is threatened by him but he doesn't want to admit to himself that he feels that way. like he sees this guy who's overexcitable and a little immature start to have the most obvious feelings for her and his baby brain immediately goes "if he gets close to sandra she's going to stop babying me :((" and his brain starts sounding the kill bill sirens even before he sees the way max giggles his way through a script (which, of course, only further cements the tension between them lmao)
