if it wasn't for kun being so busy, he would literally be glued to you at the hip. only with you around he's able to truly relax, you're like a power outlet that he can use to charge his battery. what you're doing doesn't really matter to him that much, he will enjoy anything as long as you're there, but the slow, quiet moments when you're both in your own worlds have to be the ones he cherishes the most. of course, he loves going out with you and having a blast too, but something about those occasions brings him a sense of domesticity and really lets him unwind. like when you're both in his studio - him at the desk, composing or working on lyrics, while you're on the couch in the back with your laptop, focused on your own tasks, the silence being broken only the few times that kun asks about your opinion on whatever he came up with, or when you stand up to get a drink and place a kiss on his cheek as you walk by. or it could be him cooking dinner for the two of you, showing off his skills as you sit on the counter, humming quietly to his playlist playing in the background. every now and then he'd turn around to give you a piece of the food he's making for a taste test, repaying each good idea of how to improve the dish with a kiss.

ten is pretty much thinking about you every second that he's awake (and sometimes in his dreams, too), he's never not thinking about you. he often gets reminded of you by random things, whether because he thinks there's a visual resemblance (he then usually sends you a photo and a "you lol"), because it's something you like, or because it's somehow connected to a shared memory of yours. he brings you up in conversations a lot too, to the point where some of his friends seem to know you quite well without having actually met you. when he's travelling, he always takes many photos to send you along with voice messages about how his day went, and buys souvenirs or little trinkets to gift you when he's back. on the rare occasion when he's grocery shopping on his own, he makes it his mission to find all of your favorite snacks, which more often than not gets him distracted from the list you had put together for him, so you end up with a bunch of candy and no dinner (which is exactly why him shopping alone is a rare occurance). he also really likes putting together playlists with songs that remind him of you, some of them he'll send and give you access to, but there's also a few he made private which he listens to on days when the longing feels worse than usual.

the golden hues of the setting sun bathed the park in a warm glow as you strolled along the winding path, savoring the last few days of summer. the gentle rustling of leaves and the distant laughter of children at play filled the air with a sense of serene nostalgia. you had always loved this time of year, a brief interlude before the hustle of the school year resumed.

as you approached the park’s central gazebo, you saw the familiar faces of your friends. Kun’s lips are pursed together, his eyes widen at the sight of you. With your blood stained cheeks, mixed with your murky tears, you were covered head to toe in… red. He looks you up and down before demanding angrily, “WHAT THE HELL DID YOU DO?” His voice is loud and clear, and you can’t help but choke up a few sobs in response, unable to answer him. Kun grabs the gun out of your hands, and embraces you in a tight hug. This time his voice begins to crack and it’s a lot softer, “What did you do…?”

Ten

Ten was so caught off guard by the blood, he didn’t even notice the gun in your hands. “Holy SHIT! What the hell, y/n?” Strings of curses followed, but you couldn’t do anything but just sob uncontrollably. Ten gazes into your teary eyes. It’s hard to see your face clearly, since it’s covered in blood. Although Ten had no idea what you did, you had come to him for help. He grabs your shoulders and presses his face close to yours, and gives you a comforting smile, “Come inside. I’ll get you cleaned up.” He would be your rock. He would be your shield. He would protect you. Always.

Dong Si Cheng

Winwin has mixed feelings as soon as he sees you at the door. He’s definitely shocked, but hides it well. The gun was directed towards Winwin, but your hands were shaking, trembling. You were a wreck, a blubbering mess. He places his hand upon yours, slowly lowering the gun. “Why don’t you put the gun down and tell me what happened?” His voice has a soothing and calming edge to it. He embraced you in a hug, rubbing your back, as he whispered in your ear, “It’s going to be okay.” And that’s almost enough to make you believe his words. Almost.

Xiaojun cursed as soon as he saw you. “Woah…” He held his hands up in defense, eyeing you carefully. His eyes nervously glanced around the area, wondering if any of his neighbors might take notice. You remained silent, your shaky fingers still wrapped around the gun. The scent of blood fills the air, which Xiaojun notices as quite fresh. Once his shock has worn over, he finally breaks the silence, “Are you going to tell me what happened or are we going to be here all day?”

Wong Kun Hang

Hendery is just at a loss for words. The first thing he says to you, trying to process everything going on in front of him is, “Oh. That looks… messy.” (no shit) Hendery stands there awkwardly, not sure of what to do. He looks into your eyes and stares back at his reflection. There’s nothing left he realizes. Whatever you did, whatever caused this mess… didn’t matter. You would never be the same. The person he once knew, was gone. Lost forever. And he could never get you back.

Yangyang hadn’t expected you to turn up at his doorstep, much less covered in blood. “I’m trying not to freak out… but is the blood yours?” You shook your head, and he stared at you, in awe for a second. He put his hands around your shoulders, and felt how much you were shaking. Not wanting to disturb the neighbors, he brought you inside, wrapped a towel around your body, and quickly filled a bucket with water so he could wash you off. ��Yangyang…” You called out to him, your voice still trembling, “Do you trust me?"

the marketing strategy for wayv members is so wrong and i will try to explain: (this is not hating towards any members i love all of them)

1 - the first member is xiaojun, sm pushing xiaojun into korean market after that man left was a wrong move, he is not the most marketable member for korean people. he is mcing for 1 year and he is the wayv member who gets korean promo only (bare minimum compare to other units) but it doesn't work, never saw him in the brand reputation list; ten and winwin are the only members who made it to the list. anyways xiaojun is a vocalist who should be sent in singing programs korea already has kibum, bambam kind of male idols who have the same career strategy and are obsessed with gg groups yes short viral moments are good but being labeled as this would be bad for his future career because no one gaf about kibums albums in korea they only interesting his entertainer side, xiaojun is most versatile nct vocalist he needs to market himself as a singer more, if he wants korean fame he should sing in korean but even korean singers won't charting there so i think the best market for xiaojun is mainland, my boy is more talented than any chinese mainstream artist rn. he is just talented and needs to focus on his talents more than his entertainer side because it's shadowing his talents. i really want xiaojun release covers every week, i need his angelic voice. [someone asked about his visual, yes his visual is good and my top 3 in the whole nct but he is short and has a big head (idk why this is a beauty standard) which doesn't fit in korea and chinese beauty standards]

2- second one is winwin and probably most complicated member and i'm scared yunqis will attack me, please he and xiaojun are my biases don't attack me. winwin didn't set his foot in korea for months but being on the reputation list proves he is the most marketable member for korea, if i'm not wrong he fits kbs %90 or something, but he never makes friends there, never saw him with any korean idol outside nct members, he makes himself stuck in nct circle in korea, korean people loves handsome boyfriendable cute k-idols and winwin is perfect example for this but unfortunately ww never gaf about korean market all obsessed is chinese market. i went to nct nation at japan he got the most cheers, he was the only member trended on japan twitter, he went viral 3 times he went to japan which is even no wayv and any wayv member trended here because winwin become so popular after he made into japanese national news about his and satomi ishihara similarity, not even have to mention nct life osaka.he is the most popular member in indonesia but only went here 1 time. second most popular member in thailand. ph has his biggest fanbase he never went there. this dude has a terrible career plan, all he wants become popular in mainland china, he need to open his eyes. his manager probably hates him because it's not hard to make an overseas schedule for him.

3- hendery. he is the least interesting wayv member if we have to be honest. he doesn't know how to be a private. after that man left the company he had the most potential to shine but xiaojun handled the post-lucas era better than him. i don't like his and winwin's rap parts in wayv songs, even yangyang's these raps ruining wayv's songs for being pop perfection for me. i dont see a singer or rapper future for him, wukong was a terrible experience. but you know what he has big potential among all wayv members to become popular, he is so an entertainer. he should be sent with winwin into those variety shows instead of that man, he would be x2 big in the mainland rn. i mean with 0 promotions he is the 3rd most popular member in china, having bigger fanbases than xiaojun, kun, and yangyang who have more gigs in their bags. he is so popular in indonesia, i remember he went viral there every day after a hendery fic adapted to an indo-drama. he should consider acting in movies, wong kar wai needs to open his eyes.

4- yangyang.. a big wasted potential. he would be more popular than any chinese idol in korea if he debuted in a korean group.. he is so baby. he is so marketable there, hip-hop alt culture is so popular nowadays he could probably be friends with everyone. but the company made him mark 2.0, with no originality not saying he is the less talented because yangyang is the most talented member in wayv (yes more talented than ten) but the marketing strategy killed his all hype there. this man outrapping the top 2 nct rapper (ijbol) with his 3rd language with ease, but if marketing is wrong you will start 1-0 behind. the other marketing fault is making him ten's sidekick in variety shows, this is why his fanbase never grows. all yangyang stans also love ten they have very common fandoms he needs to promote with different people, 10velys will never let yangyang shine in a show there ten is also there. yall he needs to hang out with some korean dudes outside the nct members and do some collabs, trust me is would benefit him more than those tenyang contents. everyone thinks yangyang is benefiting ten in tenyang collabs but all yangyang get is overshadowed by ten because ten has a huge fanbase. being a duo with ten was the worst thing in his career now all he gets from these, annoying shippers and a hateful fanbase who hates him because they think he is using ten's opportunities. send him in a show as mentor than watched him. my talanted boy!

5- maybe he is not the most popular in any country but he has the biggest potential for his future after wayv because he is friends with every composer, and producer, improving himself, and growing his friend circle. he is the best with these. the friends that winwin, xiaojun, or yangyang made into the industry will never benefit them in the future but having producer friends means you have secured your position. instead of being hyped for 4-5 years and then being forgotten after new idols debuted, i will always prefer people like kun who have stable careers because he will still have the same fanbase even after 10 years. this is why i think he has the best strategy in wayv and dont want quick viral moments like didi line of wayv (hendery, xiaojun, yangyang), all people know him as the member who can do 20 things.

6- ten lee.. ace of the aces. being compared to with the ten lee would be biggest achivement for those nct members yall trying to believe us they are more taleted than him lol. wayv was the biggest miastake for his career. this dude want int fame, being 2000s popstar. relasing a fully english song without thai or chinese version just proving my point. he really dgaf about these markets. he should be debuted as a soloist at the first day now we probably would compare him with the taemin but now people only calling him taemin 2.0 and it's so sad. i think he and winwin really loves wayv because both of them have better chances outside the group but they are still with them. his album is doing so good and break some records and surpassed big soloist like taeyeon, seulgi etc. in spotify numbers. the company need to already start to organize his 2nd album even before wayv album sorry not sorry.

WAYV Reaction | FLUFF/CRACK | When they try to bake Christmas Cookies

On the sixth day of Christmas, I bring this gift to you. Six batches of cookies

In which your boyfriend tries to make Christmas cookies for the first time

Warnings: None

A/N: Day 5 of mini-Ficmas. A very belated posting, but I still wanted to make sure I had all of these out before the end of the year, bear with me as I format the rest of them 🥲

KUN

Have you seen all the things this man can do? He’s quite literally the jack of all trades. Diving? ✅ Drifting ✅ Cooking ✅ You think baking is going to stop him? Absolutely not. This man has it locked tf down. You have no idea why he even called you to the dorm for help in the first place.

“Baby, you don’t even need my help,” you whine out from your place on the counter. You’ve spent the entire time watching him bake in the kitchen.

“I need my own personal cheerleader rooting for me,” he says. You let out a groan at the cheesy comment, rolling your eyes at him.

“You’re lucky you’re cute,” you grumble.

He pecks your lips, once then twice before turning his attention back to the tray of fresh cookies.

TEN

Walking disaster. He’s doing his very best… at being chaotic. You honestly can’t tell if he’s doing it on purpose or not. (He is.)

“Ten. Babe, I don’t think that’s a good idea,” you say watching him sprinkle another spoonful of crushed potato chips into the dough.

“It’ll be fine!” he says. You grimace as you watch him give up using the spoon in favor of pouring it straight from the bag.

“It’ll be like a nice surprise,” he shrugs, tossing in another handful of what looks to be clumps of marshmallows.

“Right, nice…” you say. You do your best to keep your voice neutral, trying to be supportive. Ten gives you another smile before going back to mixing his cookies. You shudder at the sound of crunching as he mixes the dough. When his back is turned you pull out your phone, sending an s.o.s. text to the group chat.

WINWIN

Sicheng is so shy in the kitchen. He’s nervous every step of the way and is constantly looking to you for reassurance. Even at the most basic of steps.

“Baby it looks fine,” you say. You’ve lost count of how many times you’ve uttered the phrase in the past hour.

“Are you sure?” he asks. He glances down at the cookies, like they’re from another planet, giving you a wary glance.

“Yes,” you repeat. Again another word that’s lost its meaning at this point.

There’s a beat of silence as he continues to stare at the tray, biting his lip in hesitation.

“But-” he starts. You’re quick to cut him off, giving him a pointed look.

“Sicheng, put your cookies in the oven before I throw them at you,” you say sternly.

“Okay,” he says, immediately following your instructions.

XIAOJUN

Tries so hard but still manages to fail. He’s doing his best, really he is. But he and the kitchen just do not mix. He’d turned down your offers to help, stating he knew exactly what he was doing. Now he’s clearly regretting his past self’s decisions.

“And you followed the recipe?” you ask. The question comes out garbled, you’ve still got part of the cookie in your mouth. Your face contorts at the taste, despite your best efforts. It definitely does not taste like the chocolate chip cookies he set out to make.

“I memorized it,” he runs his hands through his hair. He looks far more dishelved than he should after baking.

You can only offer him a nod. It’s taking all of your effort and willpower to swallow the cookie remaining in your mouth. You swallow with an audible gulp, grimacing at the accompanying after taste. He stares at you in anticipation, waiting for your opinion.

“There’s nothing wrong with store bought cookies,” you suggest, giving him a guilty smile.

He groans at your reaction, dropping his face against the counter with a soft thud.

HENDERY

Could absolutely care less about the cookies. He’s just here for a good time. In the end you’re the one doing all the work for him. You're literally mixing in the last ingredient when you realize what’s happened.

“You brat, You haven’t helped at all!” You hiss. Your boyfriend only grins, ignoring the frown you give him.

“You offered to help!” he shoots back, pointing an accusatory finger towards you.

“Yeah! With some tips, not making your cookies for you!” You grumble, still continuing to portion out the cookies into even amounts.

He comes up behind you, wrapping his arms around your waist.

“Maybe, but now I’ll have the best cookies,” he sing-songs, pressing a kiss to your cheek sweetly.

You can only huff, shooting him a dirty look as he perches himself on top of the counter beside you. With a final curse under your breath, you pick up the tray and place it into the oven.

YANGYANG

The cookies he makes are normal. He however, is far from it. He spends most of the time goofing off. By the end of his baking session you’ve aged about five years.

“See they look fine! You were worried for nothing!” he waves a hand dismissively as he continues plating his cookies.

“To be fair, you almost set the kitchen on fire,” you say. Thirty minutes prior he’d managed to somehow set a kitchen towel on fire. He’d set it on the stove, that he’d turned on for god knows what. You’d nearly had a heart attack when he showed it to you. Waving it like a flag as the flame ate away at the fabric.

“Hey! It wasn’t that big!” he pouts.

You roll your eyes, throwing the burnt towel at him in response. He huffs, sticking his tongue out at you.

“Just for that, you’re not getting any of my cookies,” he says, scooting the plate away from you.
