I think I might’ve nominated this series before, when I wasn’t caught up yet, but I am now and I just have to recommend this chapter. The entire story is gold but this chapter in particular had me sucked right into the scene at the end. The intensity of the fight and the way they deal with everything that is going on; the emotions, the worlds outside of their little bubble of safety. I don’t want to say too much and spoil it for whoever hasn’t read this series yet. But, if you are one of those people, I highly recommend you change that ASAP.

The teasing is a nice touch too, especially the line about the night before. Proud Dean is so cute, and it’s exactly how I would expect him to react to being the hero around the house.

6 paragraphs in, and I knew Val was going to break my heart. This is a gorgeous gorgeous story! Creative premise, great characterization, and written so that you can see and taste and feel every moment.

I found myself wanting to both read faster, and slow down and savor it. And yes, it broke my heart, but so beautifully that I would let it happen over and over again.

This story feels like an episode of the show from earlier seasons, just the right balance of angst and monster fighting with tantalizing peeks of smut and feels. Excellent job!

There are no words that come close to explaining what she means to him. How she saves what soul he has left. These flashback scenes are both hot and tender. The voice the author  gives to Sam is spot on, achingly familiar. The contrast between the flashbacks and the action is painfully good.

What’s more frightening, a man like Dean, practiced in his violence out of necessity? Or a man like him, on the verge of losing everything and nothing left to lose? This is a well drawn distinction between the Winchester brothers, and such a good characterization of Sam! It’s easy to forget sometimes what a fearsome hunter he is, but this author reminds us with razor sharp clarity.

“You’re safe with me, Sam. You never have to hide from me.“ Such a beautiful relationship between Sam and this woman! It’s no wonder he’s fighting so hard to save her.

This story has an imaginative plot, fast paced action and some sweet hotness! Plus the author does such a good job with Sam, I’m in love with him all over again. I haven’t read this author much before but you’d better believe I won’t miss a story now!

Based on ‘I hear the voices when I’m dreaming. I can hear them sing’ from the Supernatural anthem Carry On My Wayward Son, comes this breathtakingly beautiful piece of fanfiction. Perfect lines, spot on dialogue and it couldn’t have been more true to the character. It’s painfully raw, sad, and tears will fall. It makes you feel for Dean in ways that are difficult to describe. The writer of this story is known for her talent with words, but she outdid herself here.

The lyrics to this song are surprisingly depressing, despite it being an upbeat song, and the writer has captured it better than I could have ever hoped for. If her writing was music, it would be a symphony played by an orchestra. Her way with words is melodic and moving. Goosebumps all over.

What I love most about this fanfic is the medical accuracy. I am no expert in any way, but after seeing countless medical dramas and having done plenty of research for characters and stories, I really appreciate it when knowledge about medicine practically drips from my screen. A lovely read.

cornelia street: THIS ONE MADE ME CRY! it’s so personal and it’s crystal clear how much taylor cares about her relationship, it made me emotional for some reason. i really like it and it’s not what i expected AT ALL, but it is so beautiful. her voice right after the bridge AHHH I SCREAMED.

This has been informally known as the “Mavis and Angus Fix Everything” fic in the WDA discord. It might also be called “epersonae yells at @magcretia about Another Beach Year” because that’s basically how it got started. It ended as the the longest thing I’ve written so far, even though it just covers a couple of days, and mostly a single evening.

Some almost equally long liner notes below the cut....

So this started with two things:

The very first line just sort of popped into my head when @magcretia was helping me work through some writer’s block about something else entirely. Originally, I thought I might use it for an Extreme Teen Adventures fic, so I just dropped it into my doc of random little ideas.

But then not very long after, she was in the discord talking about Another Beach Year and how she thought of something that could make it worse, and everyone (@blue-mood-blue, @emi--rose, and @weatheredlaw for sure) started piling on with more and more angst and I just kinda snapped? And was like: ANGUS AND MAVIS FIX EVERYTHING. [and now I’m trying to remember if I’d already written that first silly little scene where Merle is about to get lost in the woods? Anyway.] Because jeez, these grownups just keep getting deeper and deeper into their own drama, and what about the children?

Which, to start with: how old are Angus and Mavis? In one of several things that I just lifted entirely from Another Beach Year (which, btw, is excellent and you should be reading it), this is set approximately three years after story and song, which makes Angus about 13 or 14, and Mavis 14 or 15. So less children, and more early teens. For sure old enough to be picking up on all the drama going on with the adults around them, and to think maybe they can do something about it.

Speaking of grabbing ideas from other people:

First, this whole damn thing is basically a dialogue with Kath’s post-canon work. It’s perennially interesting to me how we’re working in more or less the same space, and because we focus on different aspects and have different narrative styles, we end up in slightly different places. This one has a lot of little details that I’ve more or less yoinked intact from Sizzled Out and For Old Time’s Sake; I might not even know what all of them are?!

Additionally, there was a long discussion in the WDA some months back about a Parent Trap AU with Angus and Fischer in the roles of the kids and Magnus and Lucretia in the roles of the parents. I think there’s a bit of that in here, tbqh, although I didn’t realize it until I was well underway.

Initially, I was thinking of this story as a stand-alone fic separate from my post-canon continuity, but as I went along it made sense to integrate bits of that, and at some point I realized it was set at a very specific point, which is to say right after Back in the Zone.

And in that continuity, I’m pretty certain that Lucretia and Taako don’t really reconcile until Magnus dies. So it couldn’t be “Angus and Mavis fix everything”, so what do they fix? Well: Polyblaster 4Lyfe plus all the Kraagnus I’ve been writing lately means clearing up things between Magnus and Taako, and baby!Magcretia means that it’s all directly related to Angus and his parentage. Which led to: Mavis persuades Angus to try to get his dads to be cool with each other again.

And oh yeah: writing about how much or how little these two young teenagers understand of the goddamn complicated web of relationships? Honestly was one of the most fun things I’ve gotten to write. (“Uncle Magnus likes Kravitz okay?” I die.) Angus saying “I don’t know why they have to be so complicated.” HOOBOY KID, us too. Plus for the hell of it I gave Mavis basically the WDA reaction to Magcretia: she thinks it’s adorable.

I also put a lot of thought into what the characters call each other, especially what the kids call the adults. Per canon, Mavis calls everyone Aunt and Uncle except for Davenport (WINK); I also have her interchangeably refer to Merle by his name, as “Dad”, and as “Pop”, just as they felt right. (This may or may not be true to canon; don’t @ me.) In a previous fic, I asked the crew what Angus would call Taako if Magnus were his father, and the consensus was “Mister Taako,” so I stuck to that here. Similarly, Merle is “Mister Merle” and Lup is “Miss Lup”, with still a lot of “sir” and “ma’am”. By this point, he generally consistently refers to Magnus as Dad and Lucretia as Mom, although there’s often extra ums and uhs around that, because he’s still feeling his way through it himself. Kravitz is just his name, nothing else.

At first I thought this fic was going to be spread out over a much longer stretch of time: I even had a bit of an idea for something way off in the future expanding on something that gets a couple of sentences in Remember. But it ended up coalescing into this single evening: Angus and Kravitz and Taako and Magnus going to Fantasy Olive Garden in an undetermined location while Mavis and Lucretia and Lup go to Chesney’s for karaoke night.

Sooooo, my favorite “Taako finally uses that FOG pass” fic is actually a 10000% nsfw Kraagnus, so that adds to the weird emotional whiplash in my own brain at least. 

On top of that, when I first had the idea, I thought “jeez I’ve done this already, should I?”, with Angus trying to get Taako and Lucretia to talk: then I realized that could actually be part of the fic itself. Angus has a Way of Dealing with Conflict, and it involves making people talk over food. And man, this dialogue just kinda happened? (Thanks Kath for encouraging me to give Kravitz’s mic drop a little room around it. And bless Griffin for having Angus say “horseshit” in canon.)

I’m very proud of the chunk of dialogue that got this reaction, by the way:

As for the karaoke: this summer I discovered two things: Sweet Dreams by the Eurythmics is absolutely a Relic-hunting song, and it’s also absolutely my go-to karaoke song. So that was obviously Lucretia’s song. Then, as usual, I asked the gang for opinions. The consensus was that Mavis was going to be amazing at karaoke, and when Kath mentioned 4 Non Blondes What’s Up as being her song, I went to have a listen. (Dang that song was everywhere when I was 18.) And it just fit. When blue mentioned singing “a song about killing a man”, I had to ask, and when that turned out to be Goodbye Earl, we all started joking about Goodbye Merle, and yup, absolutely a duet of Mavis and Lup to give Merle a heart attack. Kath also suggested Alone by Heart, and since I know I want to write a Lupcretia follow-up, that fit nicely as well. Bonus song: I love the Bond movie Goldeneye, and Minnie Driver mangling the hell out of Stand By Your Man seemed like a nice touch for some bad karaoke.

Have a playlist.

It was nice, really, to just let the gals have fun while the guys worked out their issues. Which turns out to be “Taako on the art of apologizing without apologizing” after Kravitz cuts through all the equivocating and bullshit.

I took a couple of stabs at an ending before it really solidified, and AGAIN, suggestion from Kath for both Angus and Mavis to have some separate resolution with an adult, who I realized had to be Merle for both. He’s very Dad in this, and in my fic he’s also tried to do what they want to do and has a lot of sympathy. 

I actually wrote the scene with the kids on the roof before either of the two scenes right before it, but even with the additional conversations it didn’t feel like a good resolution, whereas ending with Merle somehow did. (Catch me adding a tiny glimpse of Davenchurch!) I know it’s not “all better”, but I feel like I’m moving towards that “happy ending they all deserve” with this one, which is something I really want to do.

Oooooohh friend.

I literally have it as my #1 favorite show. Deadass even the theme song brings me to tears sometimes. 

Fav character is DEFINITELY an equal tie between Brooke and Haley. If I have to choose one, probably Brooke because (imo), Peyton and Lucas didn’t appreciate her. Even in seasons 1 and 2 when she was a bit ehh, I loved her. I saw past the shenanigans. But, I say tie with Haley because I relate a lot to her, in terms of personality (music, waiting for marriage, loyal, etc).

Now in terms of couples? 

NALEY OVER EVERYTHING.

I don’t think I can accurately describe the extent of my love for those two. They went through sooooo much, but through it all, they remained strong. You didn’t ask, but FUCK Leyton. It should have been Brucas and Jeyton idc idc idc. 

Peyton got on my goddamn nerves seasons 2-3 and beyond. The way she treated Lindsay was TRASH. Lucas wanted to have his cake and eat it too.

I love that Brooke got her happy ended, but I hated how it felt like she always got Peyton’s leftovers. Like, I wanted her love interest to NOT have been one of Peyton’s ex’s. 

It’s SO hard to pick just one because honestly, I keep rewatching random episodes from random seasons. 

Also, you didn’t ask, but TIm always made me wheez! I wish he would have came back. 

JAKE HAS MY ENTIRE HEART. 

Off the top of my head, the winter cabin episode right after Haley’s mom died and she was struggling with her depression, I reallyyyyyy liked that episode! Favorite seasons is probably season two or season three. Even though it hurt my heart to see Naley struggle the way they did, it was hella realistic.

Also, can we just acknowledge how we went from HATING Chris Keller to LOVING that damn man! He had me cracking up in season nine.

I wanna do bad things with Nathan. Physically, he’s not gorgeous, but emotionally compromised/protective/tall men are my weakness. 

I honestly could have done without Quinn and Clay. They bored me. 

Jamie (that’s the cutest little white boy I’ve ever fucking seen) and Dan’s relationship was so precious.

But first, the world premiere of “No Forgiveness.”

  Hey, thanks for letting us be the first to showcase the awesome video for “No Forgiveness!” I’m looking forward to talking with you! First of all, I am a punctuation and grammar nut, so the fact that you have a period in your name intrigues me and excites me more than it likely should. Where did the name come from, and why the punctuation?

Let me just say I can already tell this interview is going to be a lot of fun! (laughs) I’m so stoked to be doing this!! The name is just something that has been in my head since day one. Never even researched to see if the name was taken or not; I didn’t care. I wanted that name. And besides, it’s not about who does it first, it’s about who does it better, am I right? Also, Vicious certainly has correlation to Sid Vicious, big Sex Pistols fan. Lastly, it’s also the name of a character from Cowboy Bebop, one of my all-time favorite animes.

As far as the period goes, it’s because there is a rapper named Vicious from the 90’s, and our music was ending up on his profile. So, I just stole a play from my former band mate Andrew Wetzel’s play book; only instead of an exclamation point, I liked the period more. It just strikes me as an even more adamant statement as a brand on paper for some reason. 

I know Allentown, PA, very well. And so, the fact that you come from there is exciting to me. How do your small-town roots play into what you do musically? Have you felt you have had to overcome any unique challenges being from PA instead of, say, New York City or Los Angeles? How do you take that small-town creative aesthetic and spread it with your music? I bet it makes your families super proud!!

Dang. These are very tough questions.

Honestly, we are pretty disconnected from what everyone is doing musically in this area. Vaguely in touch with what’s going on just through the shows we play locally, from what I’ve seen pop punk is on the up and up here.  We are kind of in our own world when it comes to that; and if there is any resemblance in sound to any other bands in the area, it’s purely coincidental.

As far as it being challenging, I’d say it absolutely is. Even from when I left I Am King a few years back, the landscape of the music world has changed sooooo much; it’s crazy. We’ve learned and continue to learn to adapt.

As far as taking that small town, genuine aesthetic, we just stay true to who we are and don’t give a single fuck about who we offend.

Lastly, I’d say some of our parents are prouder than others. My parents despise what I do. (laughs)

I know you had a really strong base with I Am King, and many of the fans seemed to be a bit miffed (for lack of a better word) when you left. How has leaving that experience lent itself to you creating something different, and very likely better, with Vicious.?

In every way me leaving that band, and the events transpiring afterwards absolutely have direct correlation to what Vicious. is and sounds like. When you lose everything, it changes you. You find a whole new strength to survive that’s somehow always been inside you. And Vicious. is that change in not only me, but in my band mates lives, as well.

Who do you turn to musically for influences?

It’s all over the place for me. I’m a weirdo. John Mayer is one of my spirit animals for sure, The Offspring, Nirvana, Slipknot, Linkin Park, The Descendants, Johnny Cash, Social Distortion, Limp Bizkit, aaaaaand I’ll end it with Refused. Just to name a few. (laughs)

What is your writing process like in terms of putting together songs and knowing which songs make the cut and which ones get the cut?

Our process varies a lot. Sometimes it’s all written in my head; sometimes it’s Dan and I writing it out with an acoustic guitar. Other times, it’s a full band thing, and a lot of collaboration happens during the actual recording process for sure. As far as which songs we cut, so far we haven’t cut any. We wrote four songs, tracked them all, and are releasing them all. We aim to have every track be strong enough to stand alone as a single. We write banggeerrrssss.

Vicious.

Your songs speak a lot of pain, and I am wondering if that is something you have made the conscious effort to do or if it just happened organically. It’s said that you guys, “write lyrics that say what everyone is thinking, but either don’t know how to or are too afraid to actually say it.”

I know in these times, having artists speaking about issues that are relatable and honest is something that many listeners tend to turn toward. I, for one, more than appreciate it. So, is that on purpose or just who you tend to be when it comes to creating your sound and content?

I certainly wouldn’t say it was a conscious effort. Life hits hard, and rains on the just and unjust alike. Life will beat you down, eat you up, then spit you back out again. A wise man would roll with the punches and ride the wave; unfortunately, I’ve never been very wise. Pain has been my biggest instructor, so it comes through in my writing. Now as far as our message being honest and relatable, that’s more of a conscience thing. I try to be as transparent in a way that can be felt, for sure.

As a band, do you feel some sort of responsibility with your content and making it something that the fans can relate to? Do you hear from fans that your music has helped them through an ordeal or trying time?

The artistic side of me doesn’t necessarily care about it being relatable; if it is, that only makes it more special. However, the business perspective/ song writer in me tends to even that out and try to make it so that all the dots are connected for anyone listening to make it as relatable as possible. It’s that give and take.

Speaking of fans, do you feel social media is more of a hinderance or a help when it comes to time spent and outreach to the fans? Do you find yourself getting sucked down the infamous black holes of social media?

A few years back, I would tell you it isn’t a hindrance at all. However, these days all these goddamn fucking algorithms make everything you put out almost impossible to be seen or heard. It’s completely fucked. Now I need to pay to let MY OWN fan base, the people who elected to see and hear things from our pages, see and hear what we are up to? Like I said, completely and totally fucked. 

If we can’t find you writing or making music, where can we find you and what are you doing? What else keeps you busy?

On any given day, you can pretty much always find me working for the man. I put in about 60 hours a week. After work, I’ll come home to eat, kiss my daughter goodnight, then head to the studio until 4 or 5 in the morning sometimes, then wake up by 8 am and do it all over again. Also, it should be said that my whole band grinds just as hard. Honored to be working with such dedicated dudes. We take the whole “Find what you love and let it kill you” thing literally.

I’m sure if you looked at Chris’s (Bassist) playlist, it would be a bunch of trap/heavy rap. AJ’s (Guitarist) listens to a cluster fuck of random shit, but lots of Metallica no doubt (I hate Metallica, yuck.). Dan’s (Guitarist) rocks it to all of My Ticket Home’s latest record. You already know what I’ve been rockinnnnggggg.

Any tour plans in the future? I have GOT to get my ass out to see you perform live!

I don’t know about full tours, but we certainly have every intention on hitting some great 4 or 5 day runs, festivals, and other great one offs. I’m certainly not saying that touring is off the table, but we prefer to work smarter not harder. However, if something irrefutable came up, we wouldn’t miss the opportunity.

Speaking of tour, what would your dream tour look like?

Linkin Park (R.I.P. CB), The Offspring, The Beastie Boys (R.I.P. MCA), John Mayer (because fuck it), Conditions, Nine Shrines, Post Malone, My Ticket Home, and 30 Seconds to Mars. It would obviously be called the “Because Fuck It Tour.”

What can you tell me about “No Forgiveness?” It is a very strong, heavier track, so what influenced it? What can fans expect from it, and where will it lend itself to the narrative you are creating with Vicious.?

I dunno about the narrative, I don’t try to follow a specific direction because I feel like you put yourself in a box. If it vibes the same, rad. If It doesn’t, that’s rad, too. The song itself is about being left for dead by pretty much everyone in the industry and outside after I quit I Am King. Plenty of my “friends” were happy to watch me struggle and fall. This song is a prompt fuck you to those individuals. “I know how to lose everything and pick up where I fell.”

OK i have found that i hate this unicorn game. Like HATE IT.  I am so over it. everyone seems cool so far. there is some people that i am already kind of nervous  about because they just seem like they are already trying to play games and stuff. IDK but they just have me on edge but oh well. I think i am going to try to become close with them but idk i don't really want to be close with hem bc i don't trust them.

Honestly I am PISSED I was not put with Daniella or Trysten, and I’m stuck with the damn furry! But this will not bring me down, I am here to WIN and I will do whatever it takes to do that. Right now my goal is to just be social and try my best to talk to everyone, because god knows I do not want to be the first one voted out!

I am so happy that we won reward! I am a little bit confused about what exactly they are able to do at "the summit" but hopefully Dani and Darian will share with us when they get back! So far as tribe relations go, I haven't had a chance to speak with everyone yet, but I have made a couple of friends it seems in Seb and Darian. I hope to speak with everyone at least once before Immunity challenge is over.

Okay I just found out newlyf's name, it's Ally. I was right the first time, which is weird because I am usually never right at all. So chances are we are in the Matrix, sorry to shatter your fragile reality :/. Now on to more substantial things: 1. The Reward Challenge Yeah fuck that challenge man. I'm not going to lie, for the first ten minutes it was sort of fun. I like addicting things and the music was pretty good but everything went down hill and it went down hill fast. I still have the bloody song stuck in my head. :( 2. Summit Interesting concept and I like the idea of having an excuse for not being as social. Unfortunately I couldn't jump at the opportunity because that would be stupid. It would put a target on my back if I did, as the possibility of me having an idol would increase. Plus the odds of someone from my group going was very high considering we make up 4/7. And low and behold I was right. Two of the people I trust the most went to the Summit and I got to keep my hands clean. I guess this also means that the idol thing was fake which leads me to say, really guys, really? I stressed out about this.  3. The Immunity Challenge Flag making challenge, I volunteered because nobody else knew how to use photoshop and I am really good at drawing. I'm no Picasso (early Picasso, not late Picasso, I could do that shit) but I think it will work. Not to mention I hate relying on other people because people are gross and that I need to prove myself of some use. If I'm not careful, they'll catch on that I am virtually worthless in most scenarios. Like I wouldn't even be good bait for the wild animals, I taste too much like arsenic.  Anyway that's all folks, I'll be back with more scheming, paranoid ramblings and zombies. Well, maybe not those first two.

SHIT HIT THE FAN kinda. I got an idol on my first try today. But it wasn't for my tribe... I know..Im sooooo lucky that I find someone else idol. So I was than told that I had 45 min to decide who I was going to give it to. Instantly I had two ideas in my head Keyonjay or Ally. Keyonjay- He clearly is decent in challenges and would be a string partner to attempt to align myself with. He has also agreed that if he finds my idol that he will give it to me. So theres a win win there for me.. maybe Ally- She did really bad in the first challenge and that honestly puts a huge target on her back because she is the easy vote. The team stays strong and no one gets butt hurt. But if she has the idol she can make a move and take out a big player EARLY... Like Keyonjay hahaha. After talking it out with keyonjay and getting his opinions and than a little self reflection I decided to give Keyonjay the idol in hopes that he could be the one to find my idol and maybe even become a strong alliance member!! Ahhhh so stressed!!!!

KEYONJAY

Okay so a couple things. I got the best score on the first challenge out of pure luck. Like just somehow I literally got to like 55k on level two when the previous times i played i couldn't get over 10k on all three levels. Unfortunately we still didn't win which fucking sucks because I didn't wanna go to the goddamn summit at all, but the other tribe chose me because i got the best score apparently. Didn't really wanna be away from my tribe for anything to change with my alliances, and really didn't wanna be put in a position that complicates my game. Ofc immediately that changes because Darian just gave me an idol. like dsfsdsf wtf. I just met the kid. It's really nice though and obviously from my last game I see that you can't abuse people's kindness like that so I'm not gonna use it against him or anything or brag and call him dumb (I'm sorry Mitchy D:) but this definitely complicates things because if I had an idol, I'd rather be the only person that knows about it and now I have to contend with the fact that this idol is basically mine AND Darian's and I have to use it in a way that benefits both of us or risk a pissed off juror. God. DONT GIVE ME IDOLS! I DONT WANT THEM! THEY COMPLICATE THINGS! He wants me to use it on Ally if my tribe loses the first immunity, but hopefully I can protect her and make that not happen regardless, or we can win, which I doubt since it's a flag challenge and I fucking suck at these.

ACE

Alright we got 2nd on the challenge which is decent. And then the next chall is a flag making competition and considering Kendall and Jared know of my abilities hopefully they can leave it up to me. I'm gonna make a wicked gif. Anyways the Summit twist is kinda cool, I got food that gave me an idol clue but it at least told me where NOT to look. I'm probably gonna stick to mountainside since random.org told me to. The Summit is Me and Keyonjay, Matt, Darian, Dani, and Johnny. I already know Dani and Matt, Darian talked with me a bit and they seem alright. They use phone emojis a lot and Im not use to seein those on my computer so its weird a bittttt! Johnny isn't online yet so idk about them just yet. Before I left Jared wanted me to talk to Keyonjay about making an alliance with them. When I heard keyonjay would be at Summit I decided to volunteer myself so I could get the question in. Keyonjay said they were ok with Jared and wanted him to join the alliance with Kendall and Nicholas... uhh no I think we just meant something between us 3 we don't need that big of an alliance even though our tribe is amazing and we'll probably barely lose anybody =') Also Kendall and I sorta already settled Jared as our possible first tribe boot so that'd just make things a bit harder maybe? WHo's even left? Ally and Amanda... that's it rofl also I don't think Ally is Mega anymore lol delete it

Since joining the game, I’ve found it really difficult to legitimately communicate with people. I can’t help but think a lot of these people are dweebs, who just sit behind the computer all day blogging on tumblr and obsessing over Survivor games online I’m sure, and there’s no way I can compete with no lifes who do nothing but scratch their ballsacks all day. Any who, I do kinda know Dani, who is in the Summit with me right now, and i recognize Jared from a few other games I’ve played, but I’ve yet to approach him yet about the game, but I’m glad I have that in my back pocket. I’ve really gotta start forming some bonds with people, because the conversations I’m having with most of these people are not strong, and I wouldn’t be surprised if these try hard motherfuckers already have a majority alliance, but all I can do is contribute in challenges and hope for the best since my social game isn’t going to be too strong this early on. I’ve made a bond with Crimson on my team because we have a mutual friend, so hopefully that can take me a long way for now. My plan is to just bond with Matt since he’s the only one from my tribe I can talk to, maybe strike a deal, let him think he can do anything with me in this game, when tbh I’ll probably slit his neck soon enough anyways

tbh I get the very scary feeling that a lot of people know each other in this game, and I honestly don’t have anyone in this game that I can truly rely on like some do, and I’m never going to know who is friends with who. Now I know what it feels like to kinda be a newb in the games I play when I just target the people I don’t know… Guess I’m getting a taste of my own medicine here

So Darian's dumbass comes up to me saying Carson/Julia have an idol in the game. Do I believe him? Yeah. Do I not wanna believe him? Yeah... But that's just how the game works. Oh how I wish I had that idol... *licks lips* Oh the things I would do to it... Grrr....

ok so right now i dont know what im doing bc i dont really play survivor ,,, but i think im doing alright. i talked to everyone and i rly like carson and darian but that just my opinion! also darian told me that he'd be willing to get rid of seb if it came down to it ,,,, which is ok with me idk that dude and he kinda weird ngl! hopefully we win immunity bc if we dont idk what to do!! hehe love survivor!!

Yasss we won immunity! No tribal! Which is great because no one really is on the outs rn so no one can really be an easy vote and that's scary! But I don't have to worry about that so yay!

KEYONJAY

So we lost the first immunity challenge and this really sucks, but luckily I'm in the majority alliance and then we kinda have Jared as an extra number even though he's not really IN the alliance or the alliance chat. I still have my idol that nobody knows about so I could make some kind of move if I wanted. Darian wanted me to use it to "take out a power-player" but I'm like, not gonna do that. It's WAY too early to make a big move like that and it would be completely illogical and senseless. It's better to just go with the numbers right now and not rock the boat. Plus I don't really see anyone on our tribe as a power-player necessarily. Kendall is definitely the leader of our alliance but I wanted it that way so I can continue flying UTR and focus on my social game. Now to see who will be the first to go from our tribe. :( Sucks because I really like everybody.

Well damn. Johnny is actually the MVP for this one. We can literally just relax and pretend like we give a shit about who's leaving only because it's none of us lmao.

ACE

I'm sad we lost, I like everybody on this tribe. I don't feel like bringing Jared down just yet, I brought up that Ally had the lowest score on the Reward challenge so we could possibly just go with her. Everyone in the Mofos alliance said they wanna keep me and Kendall for doing good work in the challenge but we'll see about that. I think I'm good with mostly everybody except for Amanda and Ally. I just spoke to Amanda and she said she'll vote Ally bc they haven't spoken at allll. Amanda doesn't seem to be in any alliance whatsoever. Kendall is a strong leader in the Mofos and I like that she's more leading than I am even tho I'm the one who suggested Ally. Hopefully that'll keep the target more on her than me later on in the game. Kendall just told me Keyonjay gave her an idol clue and it's the same one I got. So that didn't help any. I guess I gotta continue filling up that mountainside grid.

I am so happy that we aren't going to Tribal Council because I really like everyone on our tribe right now! It will be sad if we lose any time soon because they are all just very nice and interesting people. I am so greatful for Carson for doing the most of the work on the flag, I do wish he had somehow incorporated the Yaks since I did the research on Tibet, it felt like my idea was ignored a little bit. But what matters the most is that it was a very good outcome! I can't wait for the next challenge!!

KENDALL

Welp, I might have fucked myself. Why did I volunteer? Why did I think that combining two mediums is a good idea? Dear lord, what have I done? Well anyway, here's a quick recap: Ace and Keyonjay went to the summit and when they came back Keyonjay told me he had an idol clue. He gave it to me because he really didn't want an idol, apparently they are more trouble than there worth. Ace didn't tell me anything about the summit and only talked about making the flag. She only brought it up when I revealed my idol clue. This proves to me that my loyalties should lie more with Keyonjay than Ace. But I'm getting ahead of myself. Anyway after we lost the challenge I typed in the alliance chat "well at least we know it's either me or Ace". I meant it as a joke but they freaked out and thought I was pulling a Zane. I managed to clear up the misconception but I am still not sure if they still doubt me. In order to repair some sort of relationship with her, I showed Ace the idol clue which was the same clue she got. And now I'm nervous maybe she will show receipts of the conversation to Keyonjay and shift the target on to me. It wouldn't be too difficult, I'm a bit of an unusual person to talk to and I mostly hogged the challenge that we failed. Though chances are I'm being irrational so I'm not going to risk it. If I do start panicking and try to get my alliance mates out, I'll end up putting the target on my back that I've been trying to avoid. God I hate feeling fear, it's very gross. Well, all feelings are gross... it's just this one is inconveniencing me the most currently.
