i know Jim's (Gabriel's) memories are gone and scrambled and all that. But can we take a minute to think about how... kinda sweet(?) it is that Gabriel went from wanting to kill Aziraphale with Hellfire, to follwing the same path Aziraphale went down. And then going to him for help?

He met Beelz, they snarked and bonded over annoying work things, then kept meeting, in secret, and fell in love. And then, his memories a mess. He knew. That he could go to Aziraphale and be safe with him, despite having tried to kill him in the past (even tho he doesn't remember that).

Like, this hugely powerful angel went against heavens wishes and ran away and went stright to Aziraphale because he'd done the same thing. And sure he probably had meant to go to Beelz, but got lost and then his gut took him to the safest place it could think of.
