Or Peter seeks out the rain, like he goes out when it is raining or will soon rain because then there are less people in the streets or hiking in the nearby woods?

One thing I have been wondering is how is Peter with rain?? Like... does it bother him with all the extra noise? Or is it like a calming white noise?

Like... I can just picture Peter in his yellow raincoat, hood covering his head just standing there. Maybe even sitting on a park bench.

He is either having a hard time concentrating or he is relaxed.

And maybe Bucky joins him, maybe bringing him an umbrella. So little soft interaction between them. Could be as friends could be as more.
