I wish i had as much confidence in myself as other people have in me
#like I was telling my mom how i want to knit this sweater but I’m scared bc theres buttons and i never added buttons to things before#and its colourwork and everythint i’ve made socfar has been 1 colour#and shes like ‘well you taught yourself everything else so this will be just as easy theres no reason you cant do it’#and like YEAH sure! that is true !#HOWEVER#like i appreciate that she has that confidence in me but also i feel like its not true 😭#its fine!#i also wont think about how expensive the yarn is while I’m knitting cause then I’ll be extra nervous#it actually wasnt that bad tbh but like its not cheap so. ….#i do this to myself really#also I’m scared that I’ll do all that work and it’ll look ugly on me#i really hope not bc the sweater is really cute#i don’t normally wear sweaters likke that but I’m gonna try
