#eliot posts#toh#the owl house#lilith clawthorne#just remembered this one author i was subscribed to on ao3#that wrote a cute au where lilith and amity's bond was closer than it was in canon#this was like at the end of s1#and then they stopped writing that au and wrote over a dozen lilith/reader ship fics lol#and they're not the only one who selfshipped with lilith#and them there's all the lilith/oc ships that were out there#and there were some ships with her w canon characters tho the options were kinda limited#i remember before s2 before we even got a face reveal for him some ppl shipped her w amity's dad#purely bc it was kinda implied that he was sorta less bad than her mom during an ama#and ppl wanted lilith to be amity's mother figure#and stepmom is a quick and easy way to make that happen#which is an objectively funny reason to ship characters#and it's even FUNNIER bc i've also wanted two characters to get married solely because i wanted them to be co-parents
