#coming to the possible realisation that I have ocd#and it’s quite funny cos I always had rly bad intrusive thoughts#but didn’t think I had any compulsions / repetitive tendencies / rituals#and today I realised no I actually do#and obvs this is all just googling so I don’t want to self diagnose#so I’m thinking of making a drs appt for an assessment but I’m not sure whether I want treatment per we#like it’s not fun dealing w whatever these symptoms are#but I defo don’t want medication#and last time i did cbt on the nhs it was so bad#lmao#so it would just be to see I have it or not#which .. idk would that help me ?#I’ll see how easy it is to make the appt and decide lmao#tag talks
