#i think it’s a little more nuanced than this though#like i joke around and stuff but it’s like. when it comes down to it he had no way of knowing what was going to happen#would it have happened if they hadn’t gone up there? maybe not. but it WAS mike crew’s fault more than anyone else’s#and it’s pretty obvious by the tone of the statement and stephen’s stated desire for revenge that the guilt of it is eating him alive#is he kind of an asshole. yeah. is he not a very good brother. yeah#but i don’t think he hated his brother and i don’t think any of what happened was intended on his part#at least not consciously
