I try not to dwell on the serious negative impact having bronchitis 5 times in 5 years has had on my life but the odds are pretty high for me getting it a 6th time right now and I’m not thrilled to say the least
#like it’s one of those you can get yourself to function enough for school or work but it is exhausting to be sick for months#and you just have to soldier on. and it’s worse in the evenings so people at school barely know how sick you are#but beyond the physical impact on my lungs and the impact on my mental health. it changed my academic life - my MA thesis had to be#extended for almost a year longer bc I was so sick. which was stressful.#but also it tanks the social life. bc all my energy goes to school or work and I’m coughing and on cold meds and a side effect of all of it#is irritability and I don’t want to go out in evenings bc that’s when the cough is worst and being in public with a bad cough is awkward#and it’s not contagious bc it’s a lung reaction But no one else knows that#like the social life takes a serious hit for WEEKS.#so then I’m burnt out from my free time being the time I feel physically worst#also coughing and all that makes my chronic nausea worse so then I’m throwing up at least weekly#and my sleep is impacted bc I have to take cough syrup to sleep and then I wake up feeling hungover from that and not sleeping as well#I AM SO TIRED OF COUGHING SIX FUCKING MONTHS OF THIS YEAR.

Date of initial:: 6/18/2018 Summary:: Sir Shadow had a loose body and allowed handling. BEHAVIOR DETERMINATION:: ADULT ONLY HOME Behavior Asilomar: TM - Treatable-Manageable Recommendations:: No children (under 13) Recommendations comments:: No children: Due to the low threshold for arousal Sir Shadow has displayed at the care center combined with how easily he appears to startle (hard barking at handlers when noise interrupters were used), we recommend an adult only home. Potential challenges: : Basic manners/poor impulse control,Anxiety,Low threshold for arousal Potential challenges comments:: Basic manners/poor impulse control: Sir Shadow jumps up a lot on people in a social manner. It is recommended that default behaviors such as "Leave it", "Sit/Stay", "Down" are reinforced to substitute any frustration and teach him to control his impulses instead of simply reacting; proper management is also advised. Force-free, reward based training only is recommended. Anxiety: Sir Shadow appears anxious at the care center, whining and barking a lot. We have no history on him in a home, so we do not know if this behavior will be present outside of the care center. If it does occur, we recommend giving her puzzle toys, long walks, and things to do to relieve his anxiety. Positive reinforcement, reward based training only should be used. Low threshold for arousal: Sir Shadow displayed a low threshold for arousal at the care center, hard barking at handlers when noise interrupters were used during playgroup. We do not know what else may cause this reaction. We recommend guidance from a professional trainer/behaviorist to best determine what may illicit these reactions and how to work with them in a force free, positive reinforcement manner. * TO FOSTER OR ADOPT * If you would like to adopt a dog on our “To Be Killed” list, and you CAN get to the shelter in person to complete the adoption process *within 48 hours of reserve*, you can reserve the dog online until noon on the day they are scheduled to die. Reverse Idol (Hoseok)
And now it is time for our hope, our angel, the other half of sope who is looking really cute with his super blonde hair like he had kinda blonde hair before but now it’s bl o nd e and it’s super cute I’m excited to see how long he keeps it like if he’ll perform with it or if he just bleached his hair to dye it another color, I’m content either way, Jung Hoseok aka J-Hope aka hobi
This AU is gonna be about what I think would happen if the reader was the idol and BTS were the fans, you can also think about this like a general celebrity post, I’m gonna be basing this off of kpop idols bc it’s easier for me to write with just one focus instead of being all the over place with it but if you wanted to see this as an actor!reader or a non-kpop singer!reader post, you could easily do that (and of course this is all still gender neutral)
Another series with idol!reader is my idol couple series (hobi’s post is here) where both the reader and BTS are idols
Gonna throw in some youtuber!hobi (here) to sum it up, he’s part of the One Million dance studio crew
Okay but hobi is s u c h a hype fan
Like you know how in performances, there’s almost always that one fan that’s screaming at the top of their lungs and can be heard above everyone else (remember that one time this one girl screamed “J-Hope” and he’s was literally :O bc my fave) that’s hobi
Hobi’s a loud kid it’s just part of his charm it’s one of the reasons we love him so much so when he gets excited he’s gonna be !!!!
We’ve already seen fanboy!hobi in action, when there’s a song out that he loves, he’ll have the dance memorized and will be ready to dance it at every turn and he’ll be singing it all the time and it’s so cute bc he’s a precious bub
He’s the number one fan that knows all the songs, watches all the interviews bc he just gets really really happy watching your videos or listening to your music
He’s s o supportive like anytime you release a song/album, he’s running straight for Jimin’s house to tell him about it and then chim tells Tae who tells kook who tells Jin who tells joon who tells yoon it’s full circle
Sometimes he’ll just walk into a room and start the fan chants and by this point, the boys all know every word so they join in and it’s really funny to watch bc they go from 0 to 100 within 0.2 seconds we’ve all seen how long it takes for one of the boys to get the rest hyped up you blink and you miss it
Hobi’s reactions all depend on what’s happening, if there’s a dance break going on you can see him get s o hyped up he pretty much bounces out of his seat
But if it’s singing or rapping, he’ll sing along and just kinda appreciate the performance and you can tell he’s enjoying it and he’ll dance a lil bit in his seat and it’s s o cute to watch bc he’s such a cutie pie I love hobi
Okay so you know how some of the dancers at 1M have artists they dance to a lot, like Bongyoung has Justin Bieber and a ton of the dancers dance to Jay Park
Well head canon that you’re hobi’s artist, people can pretty much guarantee that when you release a new song, hobi will have a dance to it within two weeks if not less
His dances are always so niCe like he’s such an amazing dancer like when he gets into that zone he really gets into it and it’s breathtaking and it’s just w o w
Another head canon that he does a live stream with Jimin and kook (who are also part of the 1M studio in this AU)
You know those Hope on the Street lives he did where it was a mix of dancing and just chatting and joking around, that’s what their live streams are, sometimes they take requests sometimes they just freestyle or dance battle it out
And the boys start teasing hobi about his crush on you when his face lights up when someone requests your song and he’s got this shy smile on his face and a tiny hint of a blush and he starts calling them out on their crushes to help get the attention of him and his blushy cheeks but it doesn’t work for the viewers
Everyone started screaming about how cute the relationship would be bc they were already <3 for you and hobi since he’s been doing your dances since the start of the channel and it’s pretty obvious he’s a huge fan
The next step for them is getting you to notice him so everyone starts linking you to his channel with jikook or the dances he did to your songs and after seeing it pop up on your feed oh so many times you get curious about this “hobi” that people are telling you to watch
You pretty much instantly fall in love with his dancing, it’s got this laid back vibe that just screams experience like his dancing isn’t something you just learn with a few classes, it’s something you gotta feel in your heart and it takes practice and you really have to love what you’re doing
You binge watch all of his dances and then everyone starts tweeting that he’s doing another live stream and that you should watch it and get to know his personality too bc if you think hobi is cute visually, wait until you see his personality
It takes you about 2 seconds to develop a crush on him bc he’s so cute and his laugh is contagious and he’s got this really genuine friendship with Jikook so they’re all teasing each other and bickering, which makes them laugh even more which makes you laugh even more
And then they start dancing and your jaw is just on the floor bc hobi makes the smallest movements look so smooth and easy like he’s one of those people that makes the hardest moves look so casual and easy like fuck yeah I can do that too type of shit
You decide to tweet out a screen cap of the live stream just to let people know that you’re watching it and that makes everyone lose their shit and then they start telling hobi immediately of course
He doesn’t know how to react when he sees all of the messages saying you’re watching like does he scream does he play it cool does he flirt what does one do in this situation
He kinda screams a bit and looks at Jikook and he’s whispering to them asking what to do and they, being some of his best friends, gotta bring up the crush again and then it’s your turn to wonder what to do bc there are so many options
You call the studio the next day and figure out how to arrange a dance class with hobi (like Jay Park danced with the 1M crew that type of class) and he’s screaming and bouncing around when he finds out and Jikook are just smirking
“You should be thanking us”
“Why would I thank you”
“Your future children are gonna be born bc we said you have a crush, you’re welcome”
“It’s just one class together”
“We all know this is gonna go further than a class, just let us be the best men at the wedding”

Being Alone, Andrew Bogut, and Apparently: Silly, Sweet SMOKEY A SUPER SWEET CHUNKY HIPPO FRIENDLY, OUTGOING,& VERY SPECIAL HE LOVES OTHER DOGS TOO! 券 ID 51868, 1 YR. OLD.59 LBS. OF JOY WAITING FOR HIS PERFECT FAMILY AT THE BROOKLYN ACC TO BE KILLED – 3/7/2019 <3 Prepare to lose your heart to sweet, lowrider hippo, SMOKEY! Ok, let’s preface this little lead in story by stating unequivocally that photos just DON’T do SMOKEY justice. You HAVE to watch his videos below with his friends in playgroup to truly appreciate what a living, breathing work of art he truly is. Love at first sight, we guarantee it. And you will be laughing and smiling simultaneously as you watch him bounce around, putting up with every sort of nonsense from his pushy friends. He’s a darling chunky, hippo with a pig tail that never stops twirling. He adores people, loves attention, and he’s silly and goofy and super sweet. Honestly, we just can’t get enough of him. You’d be the center of attention with Smokey by your side, that much is certain. If you are looking for a playful, happy go lucky sidekick who has a sterling resume of skills, look no further. Smokey would be perfect in an experienced home (no children under Age 13). If you can give our sweet boy a soft place to land, hurry and PM our page or email us at [email protected] to foster or adopting him now. With my friend Zena in playgroup! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8XmQ6wHKAg4 With my friend Spock in playgroup! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BupPj-GmWsA SMOKEY, ID# 51868, 1 Yr. These dogs are not displaying concerning behaviors in shelter, and the owner surrender profile (where available) is positive. Some dogs with Level 1 determinations may still have potential challenges, but these are challenges that the behavior team believe can be handled by the majority of adopters. The potential challenges could include no young children, prefers to be the only dog, no dog parks, no cats, kennel presence, basic manners, low level fear and mild anxiety. Level 2 Dogs with Level 2 determinations will be suitable for adopters with some previous dog experience. They will have displayed behavior in the shelter (or have owner reported behavior) that requires some training, or is simply not suitable for an adopter with minimal experience. Dogs with a Level 2 determination may have multiple potential challenges and these may be presenting at differing levels of intensity, so careful consideration of the behavior notes will be required for counselling. Potential challenges at Level 2 include no young children, single pet home, resource guarding, on-leash reactivity, mouthiness, fear with potential for escalation, impulse control/arousal, anxiety and separation anxiety. Level 3 Dogs with Level 3 determinations will need to go to homes with experienced adopters, and the ACC strongly suggest that the adopter have prior experience with the challenges described and/or an understanding of the challenge and how to manage it safely in a home environment. In many cases, a trainer will be needed to manage and work on the behaviors safely in a home environment. It is likely that every dog with a Level 3 determination will have a behavior modification or training plan available to them from the behavior department that will go home with the adopters and be made available to the New Hope Partners for their fosters and adopters. Some of the challenges seen at Level 3 are also seen at Level 1 and Level 2, but when seen alongside a Level 3 determination can be assumed to be more severe. The potential challenges for Level 3 determinations include adult only home (no children under the age of 13), single pet home, resource guarding, on-leash reactivity with potential for redirection, mouthiness with pressure, potential escalation to threatening behavior, impulse control, arousal, anxiety, separation anxiety, bite history (human), bite history (dog) and bite history (other). New Hope Rescue Only Dog is not publicly adoptable. Prospective fosters or adopters need to fill out applications with New Hope Partner Rescues to save this dog.

Being Alone, Andrew Bogut, and Animals: AT MANHATTAN ACC WATTING H LOVE READY TO BE A GOOD BOY & EVEN BETTER 31238 HIHIBESTIE Handsome, too thin, Friendly, soft body, tal waggy, tolerant earned all 1s and 2's on behavior eval Microchipped & up to date on vaccines Lovable **** TO BE KILLED - 6/27/22018 **** SIR SHADOW WAS HOME ALONE when there was a leak in the building that was serious enough for the landlord and authorities to enter the home and take him to safety without permission from his owners. The word safety is used loosely here as Sir Shadow was brought to the Manhattan shelter and it seems his family has not come to reclaim him and bring him home. Not good. This is a kill shelter and Sir Shadow is out of time so he's been added to the euth list. He needs his family to wake up ASAP and smell the coffee or he needs a caring, dog-loving hero to show him some compassion and open their heart and home. Sir Shadow is a wiggly, tail waggy boy whose shown lots of potential and earned all stellar 1's and 2's on his behavior evaluation. He's a little too thin and in need of some good eats and tasty snacks mixed with lots of LOVE. Please step up and make Sir Shadow a happy boy.
