One of my favorite things about Perry is that in court he always looks like he’s just absolute not paying any attention at all to what’s going on

like my man is doodling in his notebook, staring off into space, talking to his boyfriend and girlfriend etc

then Hammy is like “cross-examine” and Perry just gets up and destroys his case like it’s nothing!

It’s so funny like poor Hamilton is trying so hard and Perry is too busy trying to actually solve the case to even care what Hamilton is doing 😂 the nerve!!!!

#there’s one scene that I will gif whenever I find out which episode it was in #but Hamilton is doing his thing then turns to like triumphantly turn the mic over to Perry #and it cuts to Perry’s empty chair then slowly pans to Perry talking to Paul #and Perry’s just like ‘oh you’re done? uh no questions’ and turns back to Paul #and Hamilton just looks like he’s going to explode #it’s such good comedic camera work I laugh every time I think of it #if anyone knows the episode please let me know #perry darling #Perry Mason #Hamilton burger #Perry will see a normal district attorney and be like is anyone going to psychsexually torture that man? and not wait for an answe
