#sorry i need to get it out of my system#i'm just frustrated#this show is just TEASING that line of fantastic; tickling it without ever crossing it#almost impeccable vibes of horror and visuals. some fun fights. decent-ish characters and moments. interesting enough mystery.#but the individual parts don't make for a great whole#and it becomes soooo bogged down by shonen tropes™ particularly later#i'm tearing my hair out#it's stuff like this that makes things feel even worse and more disappointing because it had potential#maybe it gets better later and i eventually watch it idk#my poor husband listening to me rant about this thing for the lasf few days. sorry 😔 i have no outlets for my reviews#salty rambles
