Staying pretty consistent on at least getting to 1000kcal a day, aiming for 1500 and sometimes I make it all the way there. Part of the problem is that protein acts as my entire motivator to push past the ceiling, and I really only need so much of that, even on a high protein diet.
But! I am slowly psspsspssing my brain out of total lockdown mode by showing that my waist is indeed still shrinking, general trend downwards on the scale (still putting on muscle so that's not the best indicator of fat loss for me right now anyways), and it's easier to sustain high intensity workouts for longer periods of time.
The brakes have been successfully pumped, I'm gonna say. I'm just gonna give myself this one lol
