when the only instrument you can somewhat play is drums so instead of writing actual music you just describe what they sound like in your head

i did it...... after what felt like months (but it was actually 1 month and 6 days) i managed to write a new song. it's v fun i think. AND i can scratch off "long ass title referencing some other concept or work that's related to the topic" from my songwriting bucket list.

#and ik you can write drum notes like you would for other instruments #however. 1 i am lazy 2 it's been so long i don't remember how to read let alone write it lol #i can't just write songs like a normal person i gotta turn each one into a full on art piece i swear 🫠#well sometimes i do write normal ones. they're cool too! most of them are my favorites honestly bc they're just. normal good songs #btw this one has another description like this near the end tho it's way less detailed lol. i also don't get into the drums there tbh #idek what genre this one will be. i mean ig rock leaning. def gonna be intense and loud too
