hhhhh i’m trying so hard not to freak the fuck out :))))
#just found out i owe 1200 dollars for a procedure i had last month on top of almost 200 for the prescription they gave me#because of the results of that procedure#insurance won’t cover the prescription and the 1200 is after insurance#and i’m so lucky too#without insurance it would have been over four thousand for the procedure#but u don’t have 1400 dollars right now and i’m panicking a little#i know i’m so so lucky that i can ask my parents for help and my partner has told me before he’ll help me if this happens#i’m so lucky and so privileged that i have them to fall back on#and if i just try harder wrt getting a job i can bounce back and have my own money again after this#but for right now that’s still money i don’t have#and it’s embarrassing to know that i’ll have to ask loved ones for help with this#i guess at least i know about this now so i won’t be totally blindsided by it later#anyways. i gotta go walk to the pharmacy to pick up my new meds#ALSO IF THEY WERENT IN PILL FORM INSURANCE WOULD COVER THEM#IF THEY WERE INHALANTS ITD BE LIKE THIRTY OR FOURTY DOLLARS#AUGH#ohhh and the fucking insurance website ‘tips’ on lowering your bill#‘make sure your provider is in network :)’ I DID#‘consider urgent care :)’ FOR A COLONOSCOPY??#i wanna go back to bed
