ok I really do have worldbuilders disease. in order to get this fantasy arctic island on a fantasy l world with three moons right and correct, I have been looking into soil hardiness. soil hardiness so I can cross reference fruits, vegetables, plants, flowers, fungi and algae correct with the terrain that is local to my fantasy island on my fantasy world. all so I can properly identify dye colors used in clothing. I've been doing this since I woke up at 9am. it is 1:50am the next day

#this isnt even the START next i need to start on animals #but im struggling bc do gelflings eat meat...#the first few animals im going to be working on are pollinators. some kind of salmon adjacent fish. mule sized hares and minature reindeer #also bees! i require the existence of mead #and if i have the energy for it im considering working on a tropics/Mediterranean island as well later.. for rhe grapes.#also seals or maybe some sort of aquatic elephant-seal like buffalo species???#ALL OF THIS so i can identify which furs are used in clothing too #and bones/teeth used in weapons and tools
