ok i'm on like ep 6 of mdlr but i have thoughts

1. my friends and family have not heard the end of it from me BUT HEIMDALL IS SO FUNNY TO ME. I CANNOT GET OVER EVERYTIME HE IS OMINOUS ABOUT KILLING LOKI. it is so so funny to me i cannot get over it.

2. i really like lokis magical girl sequence with his weapon i get all giddy every time i see it

3. thor being this all powerful thunder god while simultaneously being trapped as a highschooler is so funny to me. especially because he has like. every job ever.

4. mayura is such a failgirl and i love her for that. mayura and loki are also a fun duo cause despite the fact loki looks like 12 and she tower overs him he's the one that has to keep her in check

5. i teared up during the episode with mayura and her dad i thought that was worth mentioning

#fish.txt #mythical detective loki #it's also really fun seeing these references to the myths and being able to get them cause i've been learning about them so much in my free #time #the characters are also VASTLY different from their myth counterparts #heimdall is one of the most like straight faced serious and mature god imo who hates loki yes but also kind of mostly just tried to keep him #in check (based off of what we have about them anyways. they even work together sometimes !!!)#and loki is a little shit as we all know #but anime loki is like the logical serious one and anime heimdall is so. insane. he is so fucking obsessed with loki and killing him its the #funniest thing to me #honestly anime thor doesn't seem too far off from how i interpret thor.#and i'm just on the episode where heimdall like awakens freyja so i don't have much to say abt her #freyr is funny but i do interpret his myth counterpart to be much more chill
